Download lockscreen themes from here (Or from the App):
http://www.miuithemes.com/
Download the themes and move the file to MIUI folder under themes.
Go to MiLocker open settings and apply the new theme you downloaded.
NOTE: HDPI ONLY

Its cool, but those lockscreens are for hdpi devices, not for mdpi

ive ported a lockscreen to LDPI for my use...and its not a big deal...any one with some photoshop knowledge can do it....

It's not an app, it doesn't require 2.3 and it is for HDPI devices only.

but we can easly edit lockscreens it to run with ldpi/mdpi. It require 2-3hrs but its easy...
