market("no connection retry") and youtube("there was a network problem") are not able to connect to internet while all other apps are able to connect to internet just fine. any idea how to fix this issue?

DirecTV app. Is anyone getting "watch on phone" working? On WiFi or 3g I get "media error" or "unfortunately DirecTV has stopped working ". Fixed permission, wiped , reinstalled. Nada.thanks anyone that can help.

Lol do you even know what you are talking about? They are on 9609 and 9610... dish moved their channel numbers.

I just tried the latest release also and it gives me the media player error shortly after it starts playing the video. This sucks.

I realized that-miscommunication- sorry for the perceived testiness. Just frustrated and traveling quite a bit this month. This app would have been very useful and eager to try with my media link HD.

I just heard about foxfi, and am curious about it. I'm sure this has already been covered, but I can't find it.... Can someone tell me how and where to download it to my unrooted phone? I tried one site, but it stated my phone wouldn't support it. Any help or direction will be appreciated

Not unless they find out you're using an unauthorized hotspot. There was an anecdote a few weeks ago about a FoxFi user getting charged for hotspot usage, right around the time Sprint banned it from the market.
FWIW, Wifi Tether from Muller/Lemons/Buxton/Robinson works just fine for me.

WiFi Tether works fine if your phone is rooted. FoxFi allows you to tether without having to root your phone.
Works well. I used sparingly but never have had any issues with it. Fast data speeds if you have 4G access.

Maybe ISP DO packet filtering. Try on wifi. Maybe the vpn you use has not provided open port. Try this. Ive been using it for more than a year http://xtreamvpnworld.blogspot.com

You can use the phone on AT&T completely stock. You don't even need to be rooted. But lte will never work

I'm using the DNA on AT&T on a stock rom not rooted. So far it's running fine no issues besides some occasional signal changes going from 3G to H+.
using newtoroot's sense 5 rom on att, no issues for me, dont use mms though.
also lte will not work.

No my text show up on my lock screen with no problems. I just sent my self a text from my other phone and it's there like normal. My only beef is the signal changing from H+ to 3G constantly.

So 4g just got installed in my area, but I only get it about 1 hour a day... The test it still connects to 3g... How can I make it force into 4g if possible?
