I want to extract statusbar icons from some amazing MIUI themes. How can I do that?

I am using stock rom 20c i modify the framework.apk and settingui.apk and add transparent status bar etc but my rom doesn't not support transparency.so how to make transparent status bar and other transparent things in stock rom.
Deodex the two files above and search the forum for transparent statusbar patch...

... Resize miui theme is simple but requires lot of work ... for icon you can search for program or website that batch resize all icon (they must be at 66%)
For resizing theme you have to download koloses rom and compare apk with the theme folder and meke them at the same size ..

Hey,
i've made an icon pack for the MIUI v4 Rom,which contains the default Android ICS Icons.
I hated the square backgrounds ,an the big size of the MIUI icons , so i read something about creating themes for MIUI
and here is it
How to use :
You have to copy the Default ICS Icons for MIUI.mtz
to /sdcard/MIUI/theme
and then apply the theme in the settings.
Can some one help me to change Status bar icons( battery icons,wifi icons etc..) wit flashable zip files to my Xperia P ( rooted, stock ROM ). There are lot of new battery icons packs that are available to other mobiles which are not compactable for Xperia P.
