We’re all getting pretty keen for Ice Cream Sandwich news, more so now that Google has postponed their announcement of both the Nexus Prime and Ice Cream Sandwich,
so with no new date given here is something to tide you over,the Clock widget from Ice Cream Sandwich to play with.
It’s pretty basic, no new settings or anything – it’s essentially the same as the Gingerbread clock just with some visual changes.

Whilst we are waiting for the real thing try this great theme developed by joenathane for the nook color (works perfect on touchpad), http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1311339
Install instructions are in his thread, basically install the theme APk, flash the theme zip file then select it in the "theme Chooser" app.
All the settings menus get themed, status bar icons and clock, keypad board and windows. Heres some screenshots of my touchpad running this theme.

I have problem with my tablet Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite... All clock widgets after a certain time change digits... The problem presents the following screenshot:

My tablet has installed stock Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3 with root and TWRP. Default launcher is Apex Launcher Pro in newest version (stock launcher I removed). The problem occurs from the beginning.
