Hello everyone...i just rooted my phone running stock ddkq6 yesterday...I went to build.prop and made a change
I just put a # before the below line
#debug.sf.hw=1
And I was surprised that my pop-up menu animations...and application open zoom effect became very smooth...but the problem was that the samsung boot animation no longer appears and just a white screen appears
Why does this happen?

But using a gpu should result in more smoothness i guess ...

Have you tried changing BOOT Animation? Maybe that helps you.

i want some one to help me fix auto reboots on it ..like dealing with the files..
any idea i can do ?
This is only a theory, but maybe the dev didnt include eugenes reboot issue fix for 2.2.1.

Is it a known issue with that? If not I would just reflash it
I am the developer of this rom and can say that it is not a bad flash. The problem is in my other rom too

It's not even ported , all he had to do was to install an app and place some files in his sdcard
Anyway.....it's like a proof-of-concept

Someone has made it run on my old Linux armv5 device, why not on Galaxy Ace? Personally, never interested!
It was running horrible on my symbian device.... but still sometimes feels good to show-off xD

I downloaded it, just wanna know how to go about it..
Its pretty easy. Its a very handy tool from JRunmy.
You can change the font restart the statusbar change the autostart apps etc.

First of all Rom Toolbox is an app xD xD xD
It can block ads, change fonts ,browse files,etc
But its coolest feature is the boot animation changer...u can download and change the boot animation with it
NOTE: ull have to resize the animation to 320*480 using the boot animation editor included in the app ...
EDIT :the boot animations part is a feature of ABSOLUTE SYSTEM ROOT TOOLS ...sorry for confusing the two ...sorry ...
And how do we use the Performance Section of it?

Well for CPU control I would rather recommend SET CPU ..its more trustworthy ..about the kernel tweaks ...hmmm... I know nothing

When I press a button first of all the backlight goes on but only shows a black screen, then after 1-2mins my lockscreen finally appears.
Please help me solve this problem!
* I could still use my hone and do things even though it is on black screen
1-2 mins or 1-2s. Ace have 2s wake up lag on 2.3 roms, but not 2mins. What firmware are you using?

Maybe you installed some Memory-hog app. Try setting minimum cpu frequency to 245MHz or do a Reboot.

Holy Mother of God! You really sure its 1-2mins?? What crack is ur phone smoking dude? Try going back to stock and flash cm again and...check ur installed apps section if you have any malware apps in it...

I usually experience this when my phone is hot especially when I am charging.
hey guys , let me start by saying i had a Galaxy S2 once before a black one , and like a idiot switched for for a i4 , now i went back to it and i noticed something , the color saturation is waay to high , its really un-normal , i remember i didn't have this issue with my old galaxy S2
i don't think its a hardware issue because i downloaded an app called "screen adjust" or something like that and by adjusting it the photos looked real again , but it had no effect on YouTube and videos and general browser
i have android 2.3.3 on it , rooted ofc and sim-unlocked
my guess its a software issue , what do you guys think ?
