If you want to use blurcrap then you should stick to Froyo or the leaked GB versions. Custom ROM's will not include blur because: it's closed source, it's framework dependent and hard to port, it's laggy, it's crappy, and so on.
PS: the forum has a function called SEARCH. Use it as it won't bite!
Why would you want Motoblur on a custom ROM?
MotoBlur is awesome,....dont know why people dont like it!

You have miui! Why use it? Blur is slow and makes the defy run like a 600mhz device. That's why. Go to stock for a week, bet you go back to miui.

Motoblur is cool
But you can use another launcher and theme it
Like adw launcher ex
We can theme that to motoblur gb laumcher
With dock appdrawer icon etc

Ok, so I'm using Launcher Pro Plus as my default home launcher and want to use a Samsung Widget.like Feeds and Updates or Daily Briefing. Any way to do this? They don't show up under Widgets when using Launcher Pro! Any help would be great! Thanks a million!

I too would love to use the Samsung widgets on LauncherPro but currently I don't think there's any way to make that happen.

This is not true. To date there is no known way to make this work.... would be nice though. I havent used TW or the samsung widgets since July 2010, ha.

Don't like go launcher. It installs a bunch of crap widgets and creates a folder on the SDcard. Seems to be getting bloated.

i checked it out..The launcher is working fine but "required resolution" is too high making some icons disappear..Can somebody open this apk up and fix the resolution..i m new and dont know how to do this !!

There are already tons of TW launcher working on our p500 roms now, go to samsung galaxy ace thread you'll find those, even TWlauncher 5.0
i had some tw launcher from sgs2 but it sucked hard. transparent version didnt worked, app drawer was laggy and i cant even add things in docks, so im on nova launcher. SGS3 launcher will be good on our phone

Have not tried it.. thought about it many times... Found Magic Locker and liked it so haven't thought about it again.... but may give it a shot.

Can someone port ics lockscreen for our sg3. I know its available with an app called widget locker but the app uses 35 to 40 mb of free ram and the phone gets a bit laggy so if someone could plzzzzzzz port it ,it would be really nice
Install kyrillos Rom,it has a look screen who looks similar to ics lockscreen.
Well even i use widget locker with ics lockscreen . For me it does not lag. I use g3mod oc with kyrillos' v9. It's flawless for me.

Well, kyrillos from doesn't have the job manager app. So i don't how much ram it uses. But it doesn't use alot of ram.
If u the problem that when u start lock screen (pressing the power button) and it takes time to start then u need to use g3mod. That would do every thing.
