[Q] Can Someone Port Windows Phone 7 - Galaxy Ace S5830 General

can someone port windows phone7 /7.5 to our ace i think its very fast and smooth
- i tried cm7 themes wp7 and all different launcher 7 but still
i really love everything on wp7/7.5
so can some one port it as an ROM?

No i don't think someone will port the crappy/buggy WP7 to Ace.
Why for what reason someone should port it? WP 7 is dead and Windows 8 is comming soon so nobody would waste time with it...

Why do you think windows 7 on ace will be fast and smooth?
duh~
If you really like windows 7/7.5 (UI design, animation, smoothness), you should get one yourself.
I somewhat like some features of WP7 but ICS brings some windows 7 (metro like UI). etc.
So I'll stick with android.
And Yeah windows is as close as apple AFAIK.(not just close-source). non-windows market app, USB storage option, etc...

Windows7 is not open source..The best you can do is a Windows 7 look alike,not complete visual port

Buy an HD2. I have WP7 and ICS on mine at the moment. I agree that WP7 is nice but it is much more limited. Also, I dont know if it would run on ARMv6 processor. WP7 are on ARM8 with very strict hardware controls. Much hackery would be needed.

Lol. Android vs WM7? No way... It is funny. Android have open suorce code so many devs can improve performance our Ace's. I think, i saw some themes looks like wm7. But imo any android style is better than wm7. I dont unaderstand your point but any1 can have their own Change your Ace for Hd2 if you realy need Wm7. The easiest way

In theory its possible. Android can be ported to wp7 phones so vise versa is possible. But I wouldn't want to use it on anything less than a s2. And to be fair even then I wouldn't swap android for wp7. Its a little plain and uninteresting.

only if the android phones have the min specs for wp7 like,
Minimum Windows Phone device requirements Capacitive, 4-point multi-touch screen with WVGA (480x800) resolution ARM v7 "Cortex/Scorpion" – Snapdragon QSD8X50, MSM7X30, and MSM8X55 DirectX9 rendering-capable GPU
what we don't have on the ace. So its not possible to make a full working port for ace.
