Looks cool. I would buy it but I'm not sure how the magnet would affect the compass and I don't know if I need more protection. At $9.98 it's a great price though. Very tempting. Thanks for showing...

It doesn't block the speakers. It's the same case as the $25 roocase here:

I've given up on the "wrap around the outside but doesn't cover the beautiful back" silicon case that apparently will never come up. Went ahead and ordered one of these.
Can't you just but a silicone case and cut out the back using a box cutter? Or you looking for something different?

Ya I just bought it about an hour ago, it cost me $8 should be here sometime before friday, I'll let you know how it is, even though it does look like its made from the same people who made the roocase, and vertek. I think all they're doing is stamping their logos on them..

The charging port is covered while it's closed. Someone on Amazon complained about that and a representative of the company responded that it was designed that way on purpose so that the port wouldn't wind up getting damaged while the case was in use.
I just got this case and I must say it is awesome. Excellent quality. Highly recommended.

I read a review on Amazon from a member here at XDA. I won't use his
name because he might not like it. But, I just got this from Verteks
for $5.99!! Total cost was $10.98 with shipping.
I Love it ! This will hold me over until I can save up enough to get the

If you're in the USA market, do a search on Amazon which is already listing several cases as Transformer Prime compatible. Their search isn't great as it pulls up TF101 items as well so check the descriptions. Here's a sample - links not allowed yet for this newbie:

I'll probably pick one up to check out. Is there a matte screen protector to make it less reflective? Was that available on the first Transformer? The screen just looks crazy reflective in this video:

For me screen looks just fine, nothing too reflective, you'll get use to it I'm sure.
We'll have to see if the uber brightness of the IPS+ burst mode can effectively counter act sunny daylight reflections.

I just ordered the USB Host Adapter and SD Card Adapter from Tiger Direct, $15 each. Grabbed an extra AC Power adapter for my office from Excaliber PC. Both sites state that TF101 connection accessories will work the the Prime, aside from the keyboard dock.
I also emailed Monoprice telling them to look into manufacturing their own USB cables for the TF101 & TF201. The cheapest you can buy them right now online is $18, which is in the realm of Apple's inflated accessory pricing.
Looking forward to more accessories to hit the market, along with that nifty looking "Smart Cover" we have seen.
I've contacted several case vendors over the last week asking about plans for Prime cases.
So far, I've heard from the following:
Boxwave - no plans but suggested I send in a request.
Incipio Technologies - plans to release a case but no specified release date at this time.
Tuff-Luv - expect to have availability in 4 to 5 weeks.
I'll report back from the few others I contacted.

i know they only used to made mobile accessories but there isn't problem looking over there as well.

Poetic stated they expect to have two cases available in roughly 5 days through Amazon - "regular stand case and 360 degree swivel case for Asus transformer prime".
I might order the prime tablet as a gift for someone and looking for good case to go with it, so far i've been able to find this:

Case Logic are doing a nicer black case that you can use the prime with keyboard whilst still in the bag / case have a look on the case logic website. Think I will get the case logic one.

They are well made, I have a case logic for my Asus netbook and its very good. Will definitely get case logic for the Asus Prime. It's well protected, has a strap, it does the job and looks good.

Where are you seeing the Case Logic case? I was not able to find it one their web site.
I got this one fits good only 13.65 and prime shipping its made for the galaxy 10.1

Bought the bottom one (verteks) so i'll post my opinions when it arrives but I also bought this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006QHW7JS/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details cause it comes with a zip up case + dock + HDMI cable. another version of it comes with everything except the HDMI cable is switched with 3 different colored stylus (or is it styli????).

At that price, I doubt their' quality. Let us know how they feel.
DO NOT get the smart cover, I had it on my first prime and it damages the metal back with dents and scratches. It is form Asus and is poorly designed (go figure), it will fall apart on your 3 times a day and although you can reassemble it, it is very annoying having to do so.

I ordered this one as well. Hoping that it and the tablet both arrive on the 5th.
This my Targas case I bought from best buy yesterday for $19.99. Really good quality and nice padding inside to protect my prime and keep it scratch free. This will do until I find a real case that fits around the prime itself. This is more like a travel case but it'll do for now. I posted pix of the inside of it also so you can see the padding.

Got this from five below. It is a network case the the prime fits in perfectly. The 2 Styrofoam pieces aren't supposed to be there. I left the original one and took another one and I puts the prime between the 2 pieces. Works well

I just ordered this Poetic Case - I prefer a case that doesn't cover the front bezel. Plus it bends in such a way that I can still use it with the dock. I'll probably pick up a cheap sleeve for the dock.

wow, no ones getting that giant case with the extra removable piece for the keyboard I was wondering if it was worth it or not

If you are looking for an iPad2 style case you might want to browse the Accessories forum. Not saying you will find what you need (you likely won't) but there has already been A LOT of discussion with regards to this topic.

are you talking about this case? It doesn't have that much good reviews.
How is that working for you. Did you encounter any issues that the amazon reviewers were talking about?
I too purchased the origami case from Office Depot. I searched and searched for a thin case and this is all I could find. It does not protect the back, but I am not worried about the back. I just did not want a big bulky case when I purchased this tablet for the thinness. it does fold into several different position depending on the viewing angle you are trying to achieve.
Now I got my dock, I will use the origami case when it is not in the dock.
