Its showing for me on the stock rooted rom. What market version are you guys running. Maybe the app creators took it down temporarily so they can fix a few things since the entire comments are filled with idiots *****ing lol.

Has never appeared on market for me and im on stock rooted. Have latest version of market. Posted this on other forums too. I just gave up and got it elsewhere.

I just got GTA III 10-Year Anniversary but cannot use it until I get home. It wants another 432Gb of data over WiFi. Oh well............
I can see it in the market and already downloaded it. I've only played a few minutes of it but it works great so far. its on sale for $3 now. I know for a fact the photon is one of the few supported devices. If you can't see it on your phone's market then i suggest trying the android market website
Its up now and on sale till the 29th. I can see it on Market and Amazon. I'm on stock rooted latest OTA. It runs fine on the tegra 2. BTW, check out the disabled effects you can enable here:

Is there any possibility that we will have a 100% aosp rom for the photon even if it takes a while? And is the photon supported by the amazon app store? What is new about the ota I received today I didn't install it because I read people were having problems with it. What are some cool games I could play that take advantage of the tegra 2 chip

We'll get pure aosp eventually. Yes Amazon appstore its compatible. And most OTA errors are either user or hardware related.

1) AOSP should happen sooner or later. From what I hear CM7 is pretty close for the Atrix.
2) Not sure I understand the question about the Amazon app store. It works just like the regular market on the Photon.
3) The new OTA fixes the mute call problem and various other minor bug fixes.
4) Go get the Nvidia Tegra Zone app from the market. Has list of Tegra optimized games.

Might have to uninstall and re-install the app. No reason why it should not be working. I have the update and everything works same as it did.
The OTA will remove root but you can root again afterwards.
I just bought it 20 minutes ago and it runs smooth on my 3d (for those wondering if it works good or not). There's just a bit of lag when you drive but nothing too game breaking.

Try buying it on a different phone. I use my brother's LG G2x to buy games, since seem to work, then I just back it up using Titanium Back up and use that same back up to get the game on my phone. I also do this with gameloft games since they sometimes don't show up on my Evo market.
I am playing it as we speak, it is EXACTLY like GTA III on PS2 and I have been addicted since 3:30 this afternoon, haven't even eaten I'm so hooked. But it works fine on my 3VO, haven't had any issues whatsoever!
I have been having issues all day with this game. Earlier it let me buy the game and I couldn't download the extra data needed to play, so I uninstalled. Then when I get back home and try to download I can't find it on the market. I followed ur link and it bought me back to gta, but my device is not compatible. Any ideas?

I have couple idea's if your rooted. First change your build.prop in /system/ to trick it into thinking you have a different device. Follow link for information http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=20185036 ) second try market enabler.

Game runs fine, wish it ran better. If only there were certain settings to use with Chainfire since usually it crashes with GTA3.

What ROM are you on? I tried it on both MIUI with less than stellar results (choppy framerate) and on VirusROM which is performing great ATM.

I installed it yesterday, It's running nicely. Stock ROM rooted GSM. It's one of the games I'm actually enjoying and have a problem putting down.
Mine works on CM7 alpha. But no sound.

Yeah they took it off the market for some devices. But dont know why. You can look for it using google for the market link and says its not supported...

Tonight I Experienced a small glitch where I couldn't exit the game through the menus. I had to press the home button, open to task manager and kill it. Luckily I had saved just prior.
Ok, so I dl'ed from the game "other means" cause I wanted to play it lol. I can't wait for this to officially be supported for us so i can buy and have support and updates.
And please don't pm me to send you the apk, ill ignore it. Just posting another confirmation this game works great.

Can you recommended one? I've never had to do that.
Edit: I tried the Eris market fixer and now it shows modern combat but it says its not compatible.
A friend at work has a Droid bionic, I logged into my account with his phone and bought modern combat. Can't download it to my phone yet, but at least I got it while it was only 50 cents.

Also happened with Sleepy Jack I purchased in December. WTF stupid market.
So here's a messed up update, I decided to play with slim ics again and now modern combat 3 shows and let's me purchase in the market. You know, once its back up to $6.99 again...
The sad part is I'll probably still buy it cause I've been wanting it for a while.
Edit: so now it shows but if I try to purchase the game the market gives me an error saying it can't be found. It only does it for this app, all others work fine.
Edit again: never mind, got it to work.
I was able to play dead space when I was on a GB ROM (JetPack), but now that I'm using ICS ROM, the game says that the app is not authorized for use on my device.
I'm currently Using ICZen rc1.3 with Subzero build 18 Kernel and i can play both games on my phone.
This is because you're on ICS. You can edit your build.prop, but it'd be easier to go to GB/Froyo if you want download and play them.
Had this issue trying to download GT Racing Academy when I was on this rom.

I didn't need to edit my build.prop, i just searched in the app store and bought them wile they where on sale.
its kind of weird that this happens, both games run great on the vibrant,i don't even need to over clock either. They run just as good on ics as they did on froyo for me
not sure if deadspace is a full game or demo on samsung apps. But I got it at no cost.. I looked around if its a demo or not last time but I couldnt find it

Sorry if this was already posted, but MC3 is now working on our phones without editing build.prop. Purchased when it was really cheap during the Play deals. It seemed to play great as I checked it out very briefly this morning.

I noticed this as well. Runs like crap on mine though during certain sequences. Also, makes the phone really hot closer to the camera.
It's too laggy to play on mine. Everything else seems to run fantastically, except MC3.
Mine's working just fine. Although it was updated yesterday!

It works fine on my Note. However, I haven't checked since it updated last night.
The first update made it compatible with the at&t version of the Note, then came the second update which was yesterday that was supposed to fix "minor" bugs. This game is still not worth playing on my Note in my opinion. It takes an extremely long time to finally connect to an online game with the first couple attempts getting a "failed to save profile" message. Once finally connected, not long afterwards I get disconnected...this happens so frequently I've stopped playing the game.
When it does work this game is amazing on our device, hopefully the next update will really fix the issues so many users are experiencing.
