Download the original ROM pull out the original apks that were themed (systemui.apk settings.apk framework-res.apk etc.) You can then make a CWM .zip to flash and remove the theme without flashing the whole ROM again.

Thank you
So basicly what i did was I deodexed the cyanogenmod 7.0.3 Rom(witch is normaly odexed).
For the ones who wanne know what that is look here
Its not that I made a whole new rom here, all credit goes to the cyanogenmod team of course. It just took me some time google-ing it how to deodex correctly.
Simply put this allows more theming to be done so you can have a transparent status bar if you use a theme like this and this (these are 2 of many) and apply them with the theme chooser app
So do you guys want me to post this? And if you want it, it would go under legend development since its a full rom? Correct me if i'm wrong here
What you could do is post the deodexed framework and apps for lazy ppl

if I post the full ROM they can still extract the deodexed files from the .zip
so basically that's a 2in1 upload
i'll post this in the themes and apps section, sinds it's a mod for theming

You have to decompile and change some file and string in SystemUI.apk

same thing im looking for, i know there is a code that must be put into the build.prop which goes something like this put this under your SDK version
ro.build.system.default="your themes signature goes in here eg. com.android.miui"
If this doesn't work open up the theme. extract the "res" folder with winrar or any extractor you prefer and replace the theme png's on the 3 main system files that makes the roms ui, SYSTEMUI,FRAMEWORK RES AND AND SOME OTHER FILE, forgot...
You can use some build.prop tweaks

I guys, I have a rom and i want to put a theme. But if i put the .apk I not have space because the apk size of the theme is 22mb. So i need to know if there is anyway for put theme into systemui/framework-res, a themed rom.
Regards.
Anyone?
Do you want to theme your framework? Because than you would have to decompile it and compile it again after you have themed it. Or do you have a theme to install from a website for the theme manager? Then you will need to free up some space.
