Notice power widget edges:
Looks like a hardware fault with either the display or the connections from the main PCB to it.
I'd call a warranty replacement.

Appreciate that!
Since I bought this second-hand, am I entitled to warranty?
Someone also suggested that this phone's display may have been replaced with a non-original one. How do you feel about that?

Hi!
If you look at the posted image, there are areas with red pixels.
I get these at various places and I haven't found why it is happening.
It seems to be software related (opengl lib?), although I've gotten it on several roms.
If anybody knows please help me.
Thanks on beforehand!

bump
I noticed it only appears after the tablet been used and the CPU gets a little warm.
Maybe time to contact Samsung?
If it's transient and temperature related, visible on different screens once it appears I'd think so. Seems like a defective panel perhaps.
If your tab is still under warranty (I'm guessing it is) I'd definitely take it to Samsung to have a look at.
The picture sure does not look like everything is alright ...
Have no idea what it could be though, as I've never seen something like that happen to a Gtab
hi,
sorry, i know that there are millions of threads regarding the pink spot problem. hope you will permit me these question nevertheless.
has somebody of yours sent his S2 to the Samsung service because of the "pink spot" camera problem and got the problem solved?
i tried cam FW-update, stock-ICS update, custom-ICS, downgrade to original GB ... nothing helps and now I have no more ideas.
therefore my question above because my last hope would be sending my S2 to the Samsung service.
results like this are not acceptable for me.

I have been to a Samsung service center for this, only advice/solution was to replace the camera. If that did not fix it they would have to replace the mainboard. Flashing the latest software did not work.
Try going to a service center near you and ask there what to do
While i was talking on phone by using handsfree, i was using facebook, and then suddenly screen starts getting black from bottom, is there any solution of this except replacing screen?

Just saw the video, I honestly don't think there's any solution but to replace the LCD. Your Amaze hardware is dying, unfortunately. Hopefully someone else chimes in with any other suggestions because you can't do much if it's a hardware failure. Take it to a repair shop first before considering to fix it yourself please, thanks.
Salam
Yeah, I agree with SuperAfnan, it looks like an LCD issue. Most definitely it's hardware not software related. If the cost of repair is prohibitive, you should still be able to back-up and save your data via USB with ADB.
From here is most likely a hardware issue, recommend backup at the very least sommething might be off-placed maybe the flex but may be lcd or even board. Good luck.
Hi!
Anyone's tryied to unmount and replace the internal speaker of this smartphone?
Last day I had to replace the broken lcd+glass of my sony xperia go, I moved this piece

from the old glass to the new, I didn't find any kind of cable or connection fort the speaker!
And now the display/lcd works but not so the internal speaker!
I don't know what's wrong and what piece I need to replace, I wouldn't wonder that I've forgot to make some strange connection.
Anyone who had the same problem and who can help me?
Try rotating it by 180° -- I'm not sure about the Go, but the one for the U (which looks the same) it has 2 metal tabs biased to one side...
You openned your phone and replaced LCD without the service manual?
