Theme stock launcher - Motorola Droid RAZR

I tried searching for this but found nothing. Is it possible to simply theme the stock launcher? Also...it is possible to create a launcher that is stock blur with more options....such as hide notification and such.

It's possible, sure, but why would you want to when you can use the Blur app drawer & most of the widgets on other, better launchers anyway?
Amuses me that third party launchers are set as default by, er, default. It's like Moto know the BlurHome is bloated and terrible.

Both ADW & Launcher Pro, at least - create a shortcut to app groups/all apps, then put it in the dock instead of the launcher's own app drawer shortcut & you're done.
