Okay so I had revolutionary recovery flashed, and then flashed cwm via rom manager, now when I try to get into recovery, it never boots and it just rreboots the phone, how do I fix this?

Re-do the s-off procedure, it will recognise you have s-off already, and Just ask you if you want to flash the revolutionary cwm.

Hi everyone, I have a question, how to install ota ics Ruu file on my evo 3d x515m gsm amd update firmware?
Everytime I try to install ruu it gives me an error "update filed, wrong ruu" I used ics ruu for asia. My hBoot - 1.49.0011, s-on, eMMC-boot
What should I do? Can anyone guide me please?

Yes it can be flashed while being s-on but ofc you'll need to flash the kernel using fastboot (or use 4ext)
U can flash predator unity 3d on s-on just search for my thread (sense 4 on hboot 1.53.007) and see how it is working for me

So I relocked the bootloader installed the Ruu and OTA'ed JB which up graded my hboot to 2.09 from 1.12. Everything is fine except it says S-off still. Its relocked it was saying lazypanda originally. Thanks for the help in advance.

None will work because you are s-on.
You need s off to change hboot
