HOWTO
Locked Bootloaders:
1. Root your device
2. Install Titanium Backup and continue to backup all your apps.
3. Install ClockworkMod Recovery from Here.
4. Download the GBTweaked nandroid backup from the downloads section below
5. Place it in /sdcard/Clockwordmod/backup
6. Boot into Clockwordmod Recovery
7. Hit Restore, then highlight the nandroid backup you downloaded from before.
8. Reboot device
9. Reinstall apps via Titanium Backup
Enjoy your ROM
Unlocked Bootloaders:
1. Download DooMLoRD's kernel from Here.
2. Boot into fastboot mode, and flash DooMLoRD's CDMA kernel
3. Backup your apps via Titanium Backup. Then reboot into Recovery.
4. Download the GBTweaked nandroid backup from the downloads section below
5. Place it in /sdcard/Clockwordmod/backup
6. Boot into Clockwordmod Recovery
7. Hit Restore, then highlight the nandroid backup you downloaded from before.
8. Reboot device
9. Reinstall apps via Titanium Backup
Enjoy your ROM

Because you will get an error where some apps do not fit the whole screen.

Flashing with a locked bootloader gace me a assert error something having to do with the build.prop. thinking it is your build.prop has the board name ehere as it is looking for the model name. Please change this and I will try again. Also got a error status 7 not sure if its related. If changing the build.prop don't work then please make and host a nandroid backup for us locked bootloader cdma guys

I only tested it with a unlocked bootloader running DooMLoRD's recovery.
Will upload a nandroid backup within 2 hours.
Could you provide more info on the error? Such as a screenshot.

great.. I think i bricked my phone. The Rom installed fine but now its getting stuck on the sony ericsson screen. I also cant boot into recovery.. =[ anything i can do?

How long did you let your phone load at the Sony Ericsson screen?
First boot sometimes takes longer than a normal boot

No offense but have you asked the devoloper of setcpu befor you included it into the ROM? On the Market SetCPU is still a paid app.
I know the developers offers it free here on XDA but he also wrote this in his Thread:

As far as my testing has gone locked bootloader r800x's can not "flash update.zip" files, I will be doing more testing but right now all we (locked bootloader r800x users) can do is restore nandroid backups that are based in the stock rom (roms that don't require kernels to be flashed)

I let it sit for at lease 10 minutes the first time, pulled battery, tried booting in to recovery wouldn't work, and tried to just boot the phone again. I came from a htc incredible and flashed roms all the time so im not new to it either.

Use flashtool (found here), and 3.0.E.2.89 (found here) to get back to stock with a locked bootloader.
