which themes i am finding are not good and they are not changing much
so i am looking for some good themes and if any1 can help i will be thankful

Your searching abilities must be inferior.
Search for cm7 themes in the Android Market, and you should find an app called Theme Chooser Themes by JRummy16.
It has a compilation of all themes ever posted to the xda forums (and even beyond) and its catalogue is frequently updated.
Or, you know, you could just... make one for yourself instead of demanding from people?

Guys, the op is talking about MAKING a theme, not flashing an already made one....
I don't know anything about it, so I'm not much help op You might want to try pm-ing some of the people who make themes on here though, to see if they could maybe point you in the right direction!
thanks guys tbh i want to just change how certain things look as well, i.e. the dialer. just dont know how, will try to pm some of the devs

as i said i did try search but nothing what im looking for
I know we have the 3 themes that come with cm7 and I love the cyanbread but it would be cool to have some more themes at our disposal. Are they device specific on cm7, and if not where do we look to find different themes?

freaking love minimal magic.
the theme engine is nice...but having actually flashed cm7 because omj and i had considered doing a theme for it...it has annoying limitations
*cant theme the lockscreen
*cant theme shutdown popups
*cant touch boot ani
*cant change progress_horizontal (volume, system progress)
amongst others....dont really understand why these limitations exist...but kinda lame imo
i want to know how to theme cm7 rom so i can make my own that can be used by theme chooser
i've looked around on google and stuff and there is a million different kinds of themeing and i got all confuzzled

What you are seeing are clever uses of wallpapers and custom icons. There is no hacking involved or what so ever.
If you wish to learn more about themes please go to the XDA Themes development thread and check out the stickies.
