the best way is to edit your build.prop to spoof it and make it look like some other android device with similar specs to the NT.
right now i have mine spoofed to look like a Nexus S and there are a lot of Gameloft games that show up in the market for me, therefore i assume that if i were to buy those games they would work.
theres a thread in one of the forums, i think the theme and apps forum...

[GAME] Dungeon Hunter 2 - Gameloft (Atrix 4G)

It is unfortunate that some of the better Gameloft games are not yet available for the Atrix. I have been messing around with the APKs for other devices and managed to get Dungeon Hunter 2 working on my Atrix 4G. I decided to share this with those of you that want to give this a try. Note that the videos don't play since they haven't been converted into a device-supported format, but the game is full screen and all controls seem to be functional.
The Process:
Take the HTC Sensation v1.0.0 APK, extract it with the APK Manager and edit the data.txt in the \res\raw folder to point to the LG P970 PVR textures data download:
HTML:
http://dl.gameloft.com/hdplus/android/DH2/LG_P970/ML/0.0.3/DungeonHunter2_LG_P970_Ver003_PVRT.zip
Then, edit the gi_settings.xml in the same folder to specify PVR textures for the Atrix instead of DXT. Zip the APK back up, sign it with APK Manager.
That should do it. Install and let the data download.
well, i'm pretty sure this is illegal to post.
Even if this falls in the non-legal side of the wheel, the point behind it is quite clear. There are a lot of apps that only require a small tweak to have them working on the android system.

Yes. Bad move on gameloft not bringing those games to atrix.

I know your trying to help but posting apps that cost money is illegal here and can get you in trouble so i suggest you to remove it. I hope you understand and I appreciate your work but next time, mod a game that is free or something.
Download removed. But I've left the instructions for those that want to purchase the HTC Sensation version and modify it.

Is there any way to make games compatible?

Is there any way to make games compatible with the SGS III?
I try to install Dungeon Hunter 3 (free) as well as some other good
games like Mass Effect Infiltrator, etc. and it says device not supported
or incompatible when obvious the SGS III can more than handle the
game that works on the SGSII. Any way to force it to work?
Games are bad M'Kay?
Q&A section, not development. Read the rules.

In the future please post questions in the Q & A section instead of development, thanks.
In addition to the multiple replies of where this should be, you can try backing up your build prop > changing the device to a known device model the game works on > try to play it.
Basically how we got the netlfix app to work way back when.
thanks, and sorry

the other way to do so is if someone hacks the app so it doesn't do the device check

Wrong section but I'll throw you a bone since I'm noobish as well...if rooted only you can download a script editor and in there you can change the model to whatever you want....worked great for me on my note...only other way would be piracy which we here do not and will not tolerate...plus I have has customers of mine tell me they tried that and it didn't work...so yea, root, something like jota+ or explorer, build.prop, find something like model or w.e. and delete tour phone model and then make it whatever model you want...for a more step by step approach search the notes forum for build.prop editor for games I think its in NBA jam under themes & apps....good luck dude and watch this haha

I think one person telling him it was the wrong section was enough. 5 people saying it on the 1st page is just ridiculous.

OK guys, this fix is more aimed towards cm7 and cm9 roms.
Mods if there is a thread for this please delete and sorry for spamming.
OK on with the show, I did this task with build.prop editor, but I'm sure you can do it different way.

[Q] FF7/9 on the S3?

I'm about to get ready to FINALLY root my phone after having unlock problems
I really wanna get FF7 an FF9 hooked up on there, I understand there is the psx4droid emu and fpse but I cannot find a up to date guide for the galaxy s3 on how to get it all working with download links. I know you can just download the roms but I'm wondering if anybody can directly link me to a tutorial
I have searched google and they are all old posts or useless youtube videos showing the game running for a few seconds
Thanks everyone
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.emulator.fpse
There is no specific guide, you just have to tweak the settings until they suit you. But the developer's site should have some basic configurations for games.

So that's it? I can just get the app and then download the ROM and play?
