Hey I was just wondering if I can just flash eclipse 2.0.3 over eclipse 2.0.2 or do I have to and back to 2.3.4 and update from there

You can flash over 2.0.2
You'll lose any tweaks and scripts you have changed/added (ie. V6supercharger, Speedy V7)
everything else stays the same

You don't need gingerbreak in order to have rooted Gingerbread. You have to SBF to Froyo and use p3droid's prerooted update. After that, you'll have rooted gingerbread.

Yea I know... no computer for another 2weeks. Already on ota gingerbread. Guess Ill have to wait.. oh and good luck with cm7!

Hey guys, i need some help, i rooted my razr and made a backup using safestrap and flashed the eclipse rom. Now i wanna restore ny factory backup i made but when i go tgrough the whole process and hit reboot from recovery after restoring, it goes to the moto boot logo and then nothing! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, you are a T-mobile user? Why did you flash safestrap? It's for cdma users only.
I think you flashed an incorrect rom in your razr.
Wich rom did you flashed?
Lol im a verizon user,my profile is old lol. I flashed eclipse v3.0. Even of had flashed the wrong rom,that particular rom wouldnt boot lol. I just cant restore my factory backup i had made.

Safe strap 2.0 is what you need for most roms . I'm running KOA off droidrzr.com
