I think you can rally all you want, but im pretty sure they don't have to release any source to their 3D camera. The OTA on the other hand, perhaps and im sure they will eventually. But you can pretty much forget the camera.

they use it a lot on CSI Miami also, Horatio answered it upside down last episode lol
They still show the EVO View 4G on The Voice so I'd imagine HTC/Sprint invest a lot into shows.
