guys, look at these photos, this is an amazing theme. I need some guidance on how to even start this beautiful thing... I know it's kinda noob but its sexy... will someone show me how to do this?
Doesn't really look like a "Theme" just looks like they used LP Plus or ADW and Desktop Visualizer to resize WP7 style panel icons.
Download Launcher Pro and donate for Plus (Highly Recommended) or I believe ADW Launcher allows you to resize widgets. Then download Desktop Visualizer.
There are a few tutorials on how make precisely this style of home screen.
What I mean is icons that move with there own animation? I have just one icon on the middle of my screen it's my app launcher I'm using patterns live wallpaper it looks awesome but if like to have the icon be like a (nucleus) or whatever or just something that looks good and is circular and be moving within the live wallpaper ,a spinning globe or something

Well with the way Android works right now, even animated widgets aren't possible. The only reason you see them in Sense is because of the framework HTC built for Sense. You see plenty of flip-clock clones, but none of them actually flip because, as far as I know, it just isn't possible yet.
It would be a cool feature, but its not possible. Yet.

I've tried googling but I can't seem to find anything. I'm wondering if there are Sense weather widgets available WITHOUT the flip clock. I hate the flip clock. HTC has a strange fetish for clocks that I don't quite understand. A digital clock in Roboto font in the upper right corner is absolutely adequate.
Can I kang the widgets from another ROM? There are only 3 weather widgets included in the Rezound stock and ICS Sense ROMs.
I have Fancy Widget Pro, but I also use the Sense weather lockscreen, so it's a bit redundant to be using up 2 resources for the same thing.
Oh forgot to mention. There is 1 weather widget that doesn't have a clock, but it's a massive 4x4 widget. Bleh. I'm aiming for 4x1 or maybe 4x2 ...
Well there aren't any that are strictly sense but Beautiful Widgets (market.android.com/details?id=com.levelup.beautifulwidgets&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5sZXZlbHVwLmJlYXV0aWZ1bHdpZGdldHMiXQ..) and WMD-Weather (market.android.com/details?id=soft.wmd.wmdweather&feature=search_result) are pretty nice. I personally really like Beautiful Widgets but it does cost a couple dollars.

Just a quick question, has anyone noticed that the streak live wallpaper is kind of like a scrolling one. it looks as if it is spinning with the widgets as you scroll but if you use a different launcher without carousel it still spins when you change pages. Could this method be used to get scrolling wallpapers on sense 3 and 3.5?
