You can only use SE widgets on the SE home screen app, they wont appear on any 3rd party home replacement app

Is there a working version for the vibrant? This music player doesn't have a widget, I loved having a music widget on the cliq and g1. And I hate mixzing dont recommend that plz.
Tunewiki has a widget. Not sure if double twist has a widget. But there are a ton of players out there just have to check them out.
I put the stock 2.1 music.apk on it. Widget works, etc. There's a modded htc music apk that I installed that's popular on G1's, but the difference in resolution made it look extra ****ty.

I WAS using Lithium Player. but it kept crashing on pulling album art.
so.... i tried ³ (cubed), mixzing, & andAMP.
cubed did it for me. the main reason was the ease of getting album art.
the widgets are decent. there's 4 to pick from. the developer has come a long way since the initial release of thise app, so i expect a lot more is to come.

Just confirmed, doubleTwist does come with a Widget.

Push as "Music.apk" if you don't want to overwrite the Samsung one.
Can't I just download and install it as a reg apk? Do I have to push it?
the system can't parse the file correctly as it is part of the framework i believe. it needs to be pushed. try clicking on it through the files app and see what happens. see? now make like a dealer and push

If you have the .apk, use a root file app, I use root browser, move the apk to
/system/app then fix permission as follows

I recently got gingerbread on my phone , and i have the latest Wolfbreak ROM with everything latest as well. I have a problem with my music, where albums that have different artists within it, are shown as a totally different album now. Anyone know how to fix it? :O

im imagine tat if my tablet can play video directly from the homescreen with a widget like computer,so i can do my jobs etc write down note or browse internet with widget to...tats more fun with a tablet,right?have any apps that can do this?

Me too... But I don't think there are apps like that
I am a music freak and have a custom but Stock based ROM installed on my Phone.
The Music app is the 1 which is by default in Stock Gingerbread ROMs. I wanted to ask if thier is any music Widget for Ace.
P/S: Sorry if the thread is already existing, I searched a bit but found nothing.
Use some other music player like poweramp,mixzing,cubed or even GMusic...
