CM7 and MDPI ICS theme - Wildfire Themes and Apps

Hello there,
I own a HTC Wildfire(not the S one),and would like to apply the following ICS theme:
https://market.android.com/details?...wsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5zb25ueS50aGVtZS5pY3NtZHBpIl0
Problem is,the theme is MDPI.
Will it work OK,or is it going to screw up my device?
Are there any other free themes in the market, which are suitable for the Wildfire?
Thanks in advance.

It's not going to screw up your device. Worst case scenario - Some graphics will not look good. But, that apart, most MDPI themes work great on the Wildfire, and you can try that theme without any fear.
A few alternatives can be found in the Android Themes Section.. Check this thread, it should help:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1415422

If you're after a good ICS theme I recommend this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1313722 It's the best I've come across so far!

Thanks to you both!
I'll try the theme I've shown you,as it is highly recommended by other users in the market.
If it won't work OK,I'll try the others which you have recommended.
And Steve, the entire purpose is to have a free theme, and even if I use the paid one,the free one looks much better.(But thanks anyway )
Cheers!

Update
I did a Nandroid backup,just in case.(Haven't done so since I'm with CM7,so it's a good thing anyway)
Both themes work OK for me,although some things were missing, like the ICS wallpaper and clock,so I've downloaded them seperatley.
That's the charm with Android phones-you can change almost anthing....
Thanks for your help.
Cheers!

i'm using an ICS theme, not sure where i found it or who its by so cant give reference (not much help i know) but its would amazingly, eveything looks spot on, i havent found any weird formatting.
will try the theme posted above and see how it compares

Its the same one. I love it. Sweet icon pack and nice UI. Only 1 small thing is that my signal bars and data are grey and not cyan blue like battery status and time until I connect to wifi or data, then after about 5 mins they will go blue...weird

[THEME] Black Gloss 0.4 [WIP] 9-15

So I've been working on this theme because i finally got sick of looking at stock touchwiz... it's a work in progress, so expect a lot of things to be not themed but it should work fine on the stock rom shipped rom (not JI5 or 6).
Repeat, stock shipped rom!
YOU MUST HAVE A DEODEXED ROM TO HAVE THEMED APPS (DIALER, POWER WIDGET ETC.)
I decided to do this with an update.zip since metamorph seems to break the market and I don't feel like re-installing my apps.
Icons and launcher in the screenshots are my adw theme get it if you want to support my work. There are two versions available, Black Gloss and Black Gloss 2... check them out, my developer name is jonnybueno.
Or donate via my paypal link, but remember a donation is a donation and not payment... I may finish this theme i may not. I may keep porting, or i may not. Donations help to encourage me to work harder, but don't think that I owe you anything if you contribute.
Here are some screenshots:
New in 0.4:
Themed HTC IME:
Audiomanager Skin - $0.99 on the market, somebody five star me, its a nice widget and i'm getting killed with those stars
As always, MAKE A NANDROID BEFORE APPLYING!!!!!
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT MAY HAPPEN AS A RESULT OF YOU USING THIS THEME!
I AM NOT YOUR THEME DADDY, THERE ARE MANY GUIDES ON XDA TO TEACH HOW TO MAKE THEMES.... USE YOUR GOOGLE PHONE/SKILLS TO FIND THEM! NEED POINTERS? PM ME. NEED HAND HOLDING? GTFO
TO APPLY:
MAKE NANDROID, Put zip on internal sd card. Do not name update.zip. boot into recovery, choose: install zip from sdcard, find zip, flash, reboot

lol... good call updated the op with correct link and black notification version.
Still not sure which one is better.. im kinda learning to live with those lines, but on the white version they kinda give it dimension.
btw, if you guys wonder why i made a wallpaper apk, its because android sets wallpapers like poop... its actually an adw theme (without a theme, dont apply it, it'll make your adw look stock) with elliot stockers wallpaper picker... thanks elliot, you rock.

[Theme] Gingerbread CM6.1

Made this for myself and thought I would share. Support will be minimal due to time limitations. Unless there is a major problem.
This has been used with CM6.1 on both a Vibrant and Nexus One.
Not responsible if you don't know what you are doing.
Included apk's are:
- Browser.apk
- Contacts.apk
- Phone.apk
- Settings.apk
- mms.apk
- framework-res.apk
All of these are fully themed using the gingerbread files graphics files.
XML edits were also done to make the menus black with white text.
I didn't include the gmail app since it is from the market now. If you want to theme the notification icon, use a morph that is posted in the theme section. Or use ninja morph.
Enjoy!
p.s. must change clock date and notification text colors to match in CyanogenMOD settings (UI tweaks)
Wow booted with no problem. Awesome work... can u boot this on a nexus too or did u modify it from the nexus, for the cm6 for vibrant... its really themed well.
It will work on the nexus as well. Confirmed by my co-worker.
Nice! Maybe I can use other cyanogen mod themes from the nexus forums
Do I load this using morph or CW?
Flash in clockwork recovery
Looks good. Just want to know,
in case I want to go back to the previous theme, what should I do?
Thanks for the work and help.

I just ripped open the framework-res.apk included in this theme and the green bar .png's are indeed there, so not sure what's causing them not to show up.
What weather widget is that? Can I find that somewhere around here?
ok so, there must be some major issues with the network in my area today. I normally get bars and today I haven't gotten any but my data is there, however, very spotty as well. Guess is they're fixing the network or something. The green bars should show up as they have on other 2.3 themes, as the .png's appear to be there in this theme as well. Thanks OP.
Wow thanks so much.

Known issue. Unfortunately the theme chooser engine isn't very well documented yet and I'm having a lot of trouble getting it to recognize the font color. If someone finds a theme for theme chooser which has text other than white in popups, please tell me so I can try to see how they did it!

Nice work
Thanks for your time
This looks really interesting! But I think Sense looks crappy, it's like, gradients; 'cause you're cheap and tacky. Plus it's a Froyo theme really..
Bro, u cant stop hacking these days do u??? if u make the clock the famous Desire "flipping clock" ((Touchflo3D) i bet many sense fans will find the courage to finally switch to CM7 and have a taste of AOSP!
Btw today i'm on CM7 #3, Jacobs 4.1 kernel, no jit and setCPU Main 245-633, Screen Off 160-352 min/max...seems very stable and responsive so far...battery life seems better with the above settings of setcpu...i've been using Jacobs 4.1 kernel for stability reasons on all builds, no overclock (245-518 min/max)
And now i feel that the undervoltage of the cpu in Jacobs Kernel just WANTS to be overclocked and not to be at the default 245-518 min/max...because its working with less voltage it cannot perform the same...stock HTC kernel default speed is 480-528 with correct voltage!
Anw moving from WM to Android is something i will NEVER reget!
Keep up the good work bro, and make those sense lovers happy with ur excellent contribution on CM7!

I may not undertake as it is pretty tedious. This is what i did with adw launcher and the icons from the y0rk's blue theme. This will be my daily driver.
btw. I unplug my phone every weekday at exactly 4 am. As shown by the screenshot, 11 hrs and 14 mins later, with moderate use, I'm at 53%. I am usually in the mid 20's by that time.

Just installed this theme using romracer's recovery, everything is working fine no errors. The only thing that bothers me are the application icons, they look a little too similar. its difficult to find the app im looking for by the appearance of the icon so i am forced to read the names, however the icons do look fantastic on the dock (that's probably what they are for im a idiot)

download whatever you like. And simply install the apk.. then go into SETTINGS>THEMES and they show up there. I would download a few of them and see what suits your taste. You can uninstall the theme at the same location by simply long pressing the theme there.
Sometimes it says theres a error in installing. Juat install anyways.. it works
If when trying to switch themes and it says the theme is compiled wrong error. Switch to system theme.. reboot.. then apply the theme.. its a work around
New mrDsL Link some of the best MIXERTHEMES for cm9 themes.. everything is themed CONTACS. NOTIFICATION POWER MENU, STATUSBAR, ..AWESOME THEME! HAVE TO CHECK OUT
