Okay guys. I have this huge gap on my home screen that needs filled, preferably with a widget of some sort. Anything goes (I've used elixir etc). Just trying to fill it up. Here's what I've got

C'mon guys this is so irritating lol
System Tuner Pro or one of those other Overclocking/monitoring apps?
maybe a music player? Or you could use the power control widget and resize it to fit right there.

I've had setcpu there before but when you touch the widget it opens the program and I somehow overclocked my phone high enough to cause it to reboot so it got stuck in a circle. Learned my lesson from that one. Any other ideas?
Blizzard Mobile Authenticator?
Mini info widget

Get a new home screen, LOL
Throw a music, or system tuner widget in there and good to go, or make more space,
Shot from my sharp shooter in 3d
check out an app called "screen off and lock"... should be one of those spaces
then throw a 1x1 system tuner pro shortcut right there for the CPU settings or something.

is that a serious question?
I use it to change brightness and enable/disable bluetooth when getting into my car.
oops double post.
You do know all of that is available in the drop down tray. Including brightness. Just slide your finger across the tray left and right

not if it's on auto
plus, why not use it.
Maybe the OP doesn't feel like sliding down the notification bar.
To turn on BT I can
1) Hit the button on the power widget on my home screen
or
2) slide down notificiation, hit the BT icon, which opens up the BT settings, click enable BT... then hit back to return to my homescreen.
^ apologies, it just doesn't seem "simple clean" to me.....
"simple clean" is referring to the wallpaper... not the widgets/apps setup
eww, toooo many "samsung" on this phone already. =P
I kind of like it.
+1 to frankencat.
I love the samsung aspect to this phone.

I dunno if its been posted on here before or not but I thought Id let anyone know that didnt know already
The app drawer icon always annoyed me and Ive wanted something different, you can change the app drawer icon but only using ADW, might be able to do it on other launchers too, but Im not sure Ive only tried it on ADW
Simply long press the app drawer icon and you can change it from the pop up, you can also customize what it does, basically the same as you would on a phone.... dont know why I didnt think of this earlier

LOL its so obvious to me now since its the same on the phone, I feel like a dummy now for not realizing this sooner
You are welcome guys

You and me both bro haha
I made mine invisible using StaticText. I use swipe down gesture on ADW to open the drawer anyway.
Since I purchased my (beloved, awesome) Rezound and have been getting acquainted with Sense I've noticed one particular feature is absent - home screen rotation. Is that just not built into Sense or have I just not found the setting? In Settings > Display I've got auto rotation enabled but the home screen won't rotate. Apps do (any of them that are equipped to do so) but it's driving me crazy to have to put up with a sideways home screen.
I'm still fairly new to HTC devices- my last two were Motorola - so I'm wondering if I'm just missing a setting. And information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sense doesn't have a home screen landscape feature unfortunately.
~John
I thought I saw a mod to do this but not necessarily for the Rezound... Not sure though. I don't really want that so I didn't look into it much. In ADW my homescreen gets messed up in landscape.

I use goexplorer
It always annoyed the help out of me that this isn't a feature in most stock launchers (sense,AOSP,etc...). I've recently been using go launcher to add in this functionality.

Check out "animated weather widget "
In the market.
Other options are diferent Rom, or maybe a launcher like the one I use sometimes called "go launcher ex".
Total custumization of your dt, also can change the locker.
Do some research , there's tons of clock widgets.

here's the screen I was trying to get, seems to be a custom HTC thing but can't really use it for some reason.

it does work in dock mode, however I would like to use it as a widget on my home screen of my phone, It's probably not something you can do I did go with an app from the market though that gives me what I was basically looking for without those 2 extra features near the bottom it was called AK digital clock widget.
however I still think it would be awesome to get that as a place-able widget on the home screen.

Holy crap. That's horrible.
I keep trying various weather apps. I used Accuweather for quite a while and liked it, but I have a copy of Weatherbug Elite from an Amazon FAOTD ages ago, and that's my go-to now. No real battery craziness that I can see, nice looking, good hourly forecasts (need them for work), and I can make the temp in the status bar blue.
I've been using BeWeather for quite a while. The only issue I've EVER had with it is that it was too memory-heavy for my old Inspire on JB.
that's insane i use 1weather
Yahoo weather I noticed was locating my position and updating every time I returned my screen on .... Even if I had set it up to 3 hours... Some inherent flaw in the app
Try the weather channel, it barely affects my battery.

1weather is sick besides their lack of an expendable lock screen widget
I use 14wfie weather.

The new Yahoo! Weather seems to have fixed the problem, while being beautiful (even if it isn't Android Design Guidelines compatible )
