Where can I edit over all font size?
afaik u cant. on the fly i mean.
maybe its embedded somewhere in the android code, but not easily can be found and modify by end users.
Hmmm..
I think this should be somewhere or in a single script. I want to know it to try it myself.

I've decided to post my collection of battery icons. I don't remember where I got all of them, so if anyone knows, I'll provide the appropriate credits. These are only PNGs. To use one of these, you'll need to replace your existing ones in the Framework-res apk (if on Gingerbread) or SystemUI apk (if on ICS/Jellybean). I'll help if I can.
I'm not the creator of these icons. Visit the original threads for screenshots.

I found these over in the Nexus forums and thought I'd share. I won't post flashable zips because too many people are running different themes and roms. This will avoid the "I lost CRT when I flashed this!" posts. These are just icons. If you post your framework res apk, I can make it from there. Or just use the link(s) in my signature to do it on your own. Learning is fun .

Your pngs are too big. If its too big it kind of loops back, hence the blue line. Reduce the height of the image by I'd guess about 30% and it should work.

This specific tab theme is the ICS MDPI Theme off the market. You can use it if you have CyanogenMod 7+.
I'll see if I can extract just the tab images.

It definitely does - most apps use the tab intent. If you change the "Master Theme", it will change the look of every app using the intent.
