When I selected to run the update later. I ran the update a day later and here is where I am at.
My Touchpad is hung at the Palm.com/rom. When I try running WebOS Doctor it installs on laptop (running Vista 64 bit). The Doctor looks like it is going to run but after I connect the Touchpad the Doctor stops working and I don’t get the next button. The next button is not actvice. My Java 1.6.0_30. I have used 2 version of doctor 1. Touchpad for wifi. Build wifi.88.86, webOS 3.0.5 & 2. webosdoctor300hstnwifi.jar
I have tried the following:
• Power + Home for 15s
• Power + Home for 30s
• Power + Home for 1min
• Power + Vol Up for 15s
• Power + Vol Up for 30s
• Power + Vol Up for 1min
• Power + Vol Up + Home for 15s
• Power + Vol Up + Home for 30s
• Power + Vol Up + Home for 1min
• Power + Vol Down + Home for 15s
• Power + Vol Down + Home for 30s
• Power + Vol Down + Home for 1min
Power + Vol Down + Home for 30s will shut it down. When I plug the TP into my laptop with the TP turned off the laptop starts to load drivers and during the process stalls when it is waiting for a response from the TP. I deleted Novacom and reinstalled it. Any ideas of what I can try?
Hm, now that you already ran the Doctor I'm not sure if that helps but that's how I fixed the "triangle on boot" problem:

There are other posts on how to fix the "Doctor doesn't activate the next button" or "Doctor stuck at 8%/12%" ... can't provide links right now, just google for it.
I think you will need to novaterm into the touchpad while it's stuck at 8/12% ...
Going to have to memboot stock webOS kernel then re-apply the update. Going to have to dig for it as well. It is like 8 layers in... D:

I got WebOS Doctor to work using another computer. I have a desktop that has not had any WebOS or Novacom installed on it. So downloaded Java, WebOS, and Noacom in 64 bit and everything went well. Thanks for the replies.

Try these. One of them is recovery other download. And if you intend to play flashing game , get a Jig its only few $$ bucks and makes getting into download faster/easier.

I have big problems with this tablet because its not rebooting anymore. I have tried to instal a game from Gameloft and was freezing. I have restarted then... nothing. It appears just an Android logo, and nothing.
I have tested the recovery mode, i have pushed in the same time VolumeUp + Power On, VolumeDown + Power On, VolumeUp + VolumeDown + Power Off or just PowerOff but nothing happens.
I can not enter in recovery mode.
Also, i installed SDK and tried to recovery with abd. Not working. it showsme that i have no device attached.
I've installed all the parts of sdk, including google usb driver but my tablet its not recognised by SDK.
I tried to Reboot to recovery in this mode: with the device off, press the Vol - and Power button together until it enters recovery. Nothing happens. If i push only the power button, it appears Android logo. If i push only Volume-, appears nothing. If i push Volume-, then after 2 seconds Power... nothing appears, even if i keep pressed for 10 seconds or 30 minutes...
If i press the power button, Android logo dissapear and the screen goes blank, but if i let the tablet on the table the place is continue heating. The plastic back of the tablet is heated, even after 20 minutes I shutted down. Is there any way to completely remove the battery, to be sure that the tablet is OFF?
What the hell is wrong with my tablet?

Reflash stock firmware. Try boot into DOWNLOAD mode by Vol Down + Home Button + Power Button. Tell me if you can boot inside download mode since it is important.

How to enter into BOOT
Man I have the same problem and now I finaly enter into the boot. You must pres power and volume down (-) after screan DPS it has to go into boot menu, try to switch on with this combo and then release pressing. I hope it help

Same problem with me too
I have the same tablet, same problem, tablet stuck, presed reset button and than woala. Trying to charge only lights the android logo. Trying different combo with buttons but nothing at all. Just stays like that. Anyone please help us with an official firmware. This is a chinese tablet labeled as DPS Dual 7. Someone please help.

I have samsung galaxy s duos gt-s7562 , suddenly it stopped working
when i tried switching it on , it just hangs on samsung logo and doesnt work
then i tried with recovery mode by pressing volume up + home + power it shows me
Boot options when i press recovery boot it shows me and image of droid laying bug with red exclamation sign on it
and hangs on it , then i tried by downloading firmware and tried
to put my device in download mode by pressing volume down + home + power, it doesn't
work , it shows me screen of some factory mode with some test screen of hardware.
but doesnt open in download mode too, i tried all the combination keys like
volume up + volume down + home + power
volume up + home + power
volume up + power
volume down + home + power
volume down + power
but non of them helps ... please let me know if you have any solution to that...

Hello XDA
I went to settings and pressed "factory data reset". My phone turned off, and then when it was to boot, it stopped , and now I'm stuck with a red exclamation mark and "Samsung Galaxy J1 ace" in the middle.
I have tried booting into recovery mode by pressing the volume buttons and Power, but i get the same thing.
I've tried:
- Power + Volume Up
- Power + Volume Down
- Power + Volume Up + Volume Down
- Power + Home Button + Volume Up
I still get the same screen
I did try Power + Home Button + Volume Up , and i get this:

i tried a lot of videos methods to enter to recovery mode like : vol (-) or vol (+) with power button
but recovery mode isn't enter
i tried to reset or unlock the tablet through laptop with AndroidmultiTool and another similar softwares
but the problem is the USB Debugging mode isn't enabled

Hi , it should work with Vol + and power buttons , maybe you didn't do it correctly or for you is another way .
You can try this :
1. Make sure your device is off
2. Now press together Vol + and Power button at the same time , it will vibrate but don't release keys , once logo appear release both keys and fast press just Vol - button several times until you see recovery menu if that doesn't worl try the same think but with VOl - button , and second key is now VOl + to press several times.

not working with me
I don't know try to hold long Vol + and power buton just hold like that and one you see logo release just power key, if that doesn't work probably your buttons is not working properly.
