Can i officially upgrade my firmware after rooting and installing CWM?
Or i have to uninstall both?
If i have to, how to uninstall CWM?
Still have locked bootloader.

Last time i upgrade from PC Companion using custom kernel, PCC gave me a message that my firmware are not supported for upgrade..
It seems that you have to go back to stock firmware to get official upgrade.

yes you can . but the update is end off may/ begin june 2012
you need a pc and offical sony pc software from there web site
to update the the phone to ics 4.0
please bear in mind the update will wipe your root off
so if you downgrade back to 2.3.4 you have to root again

If you have rooted .58, make update directly from your phone via 3G or WiFi to .62. Make sure bootloader is locked.

Then i tried to flash the RealICS rom and his hp is stuck at Sony Ericsson logo. I cant even get into recovery mode. Please help me. Please please please.

Relax guy, you just need upgrade to ics stock rom, root, install cwm, or you can using extended kernel by expeacer, if you want to install real ics your kernel must ics kernel..
Sent from my Xperia Mini Pro using XDA
You can use krsh or stock kernel... Or you can flash his phone to compete stock... I think unlocking bootloader is not required for installing real ics unless you are flashing custom kernel.... Better not to void its warranty....

Man, just root your phone with local-prop method (look in my signature in the rooting guide, there's a link to a tutorial how to root ics, which is very easy)
When you are on ics, just get cwm and install real ics lite like explained in it's thread.
Don't unlock bootloader, it's not required! Unlocking bootloader voids warranty and you don't need to do it.
And you can't install a custom kernel on locked bootloader, so do it like I've written and just first install offical ics and after that flash real ics

Go to this nice tutorial, there's explained how to flash gingerbread stock rom and root ics, cause you must do it with local-prop/push-root-files method. Just do it like explained there.
After wards install cwm and flash real ics lite for locked bootloader, but check what has to be wiped/formatted (for example do a factory reset or wipe cache). Just look in the real ics thread

And have your phone unlocked so you see the homescreen and wait for "Watch now your device. Select the backup named RootMe and restore it!"

Yes, you can still update your device but the root privilege would be gone as you update your device 'cause it re-flashing a new stock firmware.
To update to ICS, you can use SEUS or PC Companion.
Ofcourse my man.....rooting does not have anything to do wid upgrading.....unlike unlocking ur BOOTLOADER.....so headsup...all u gotta do is re-root ur device..after the upgrade..... r untick wipe data for retaining root access... in flashtool if tats wat u r using....
