I have at Samsung focus flash, and I think the batteries are identical. I accidentally received galaxy s2 battery instead of the one for my lg thrill about 2 months back, and just got the focus flash and the extended battery fits.
Was just wondering if the galaxy s2 batter model number is:
EB484659VA
To make sure that my extended battery will work properly.

Hi, i bought samsung galaxy s2 from kuwait 2 months back.but in the battery compartment in the back here written MADE BY SAMSUNG. not written any country name..i am confused my s2 is original or not.pls help me to find the country of origin...thanks...
Yeah I've heard some say different things, including 'Made by Samsung'. The simplest way to know if it's original is whether or not it runs a Samsung firmware. A copy will not work on a Samsung firmware due to hardware differences.

Hello all,
I recently bought Samsung Galaxy Note i717R from someone and I got it unlocked to use with Bell Mobility.
I've rooted the phone and it feels that the phone lags sometimes. I don't even have much installed. In fact I had much more stuff installed on my previous SGS2! Even the batter life is poor than what I was getting on my S2. (4 hrs vs 2 hrs screen time). I'm not complaining about battery life. Just stating my results.
Anyways, my question is wether I should sell the i717R model and buy the International (N7000) model. I've heard/read stuff that the International version is better than the devices provided by AT&T, Bell, Rogers etc. Is it true? OR
am I better off staying with my i717R.
Selling the i717R isn't a problem, and neither is buying the N7000! I'm sure I will get it for the same price!
Please suggest...
Thanks!
The international version is supposedly smoother. I have the AT&T version and get great battery life and little lag. There seems to be a bunch of complaints about our version and hardly any(if any) on the international version. If you don't care about LTE then it might be a good move. Hopefully someone that's had both will chime in. just my two cents and little help to you(lol).
Hi guys. I am just curious if the Galaxy S3 shares the same battery pack as the Galaxy Nexus. Will I be able to use the official extended battery that I have with my Nexus with my Galaxy S3 as well?

No. GNexus and S3 have different battery packs.
Thank you. Thats too bad. I just got the GNex and am thinking about returning it to Verizon for the Galaxy S3. If I do that than the extended battery that I bought is more money I will lose.
Can find 'em for skyrocket, and my GS3, but is there a battery case for the AT&T S2?

Ii looked at that one, but with the title only saying i9100, I was concerned international-only, and not fitting well. But thanks.

Has your battery seemed to last longer than the stock one?
Is it bigger/thicker?
Also straight user with at&t sim here so I'm wondering how the 9005 model is doing for you in terms of 4G lte speed and data
I have the AT&T n900a model and was considering picking up the 9005 instead

The battery is thicker yes. And does seem to last longer but just don't register as if it's there on my Non-Rooted system.
No 4G where im at. In the country and Verizon seems to have the market.
I do like the phone tho, have had since Feb 2015.

Nope I haven't; not familiar with that one. Does it require Rooted phone?
But would this app tell me if my bigger battery is into play or reconized? Maybe that don't matter but following time remaining I suppose.
Currently I use Battery Doctor.
No root required

Havent played with extended batteries yet as I am waiting for mine to be delivered.
But when my battery life was terrible Snapdragon BatteryGuru solved the issue (it'll make sure your battery is fully charged)
Also give it 3 or 4 cycles (charge fully and discharge to 10-15% and again repeat).
