Any idea how to disable wallpaper scrolling in ICS. I don't see the option.
Guess we might need a stock rom?
Download 'multipicture live wallpaper' from the market, it resizes images well for ics and there is a no scrolling option.

You would need a launcher that supports it. (ADW, Launcher Pro)
I use Go Launcher EX to do this. It looks amazing. The only problem is that the wallpaper does not scroll. I wanted to use MultiPicture Live Wallpaper and a cubed transition effect to give my UI a 3D feel, but unfortunately the North American Note does not allow for wallpaper scrolling.
Just a heads up, you will loose the ability to use a lot of TouchWiz widgets if you change launchers.
Just a quick question, has anyone noticed that the streak live wallpaper is kind of like a scrolling one. it looks as if it is spinning with the widgets as you scroll but if you use a different launcher without carousel it still spins when you change pages. Could this method be used to get scrolling wallpapers on sense 3 and 3.5?
Is there any way to make wallpaper nonscrollable
If you limit your homescreens to just one, you won't be able to scroll. Is that what you mean?
download wallpaper wizardry from the market
Since installing CM9 I have set the homescreen tables to 1 (I like to have a clean homescreen with no apps) however when setting the wallpaper it still shows the left and right smaller squares when cropping for additional homescreens... this in effect is not allowing me to crop my picture the way I want to (like how my lockscreen is cropped)
Any suggestions?
In CM9 on my I9100 it would recognize that there was only one homescreen and the cropping tool for wallpapers would lose the additional homescreen boxes either side of the main box...

Use this app. It works like a Live Wallpaper and it will allow you to set the wallpaper without cropping it.
So what happened to the scrolling of the background? When I go to set a stock ICS background it severely crops more than half the image, what am I missing here?
Have you tried a different launcher like Nova or Apex? If not I use an app called Wallpaper Wizardrii that lets you set the exact size wallpaper without cropping.
