It should. They both use the same base, so I don't see why it wouldn't. Just try it and see if it works. Make sure you mention if it does or doesn't here so Andybones knows.
It's worked! On the reboot it said Android is updating...1 of 233 and then the home screen came up. Haven't had any problems yet

Havent tried (I use ADW)it but I'm pretty sure it makes it smooth scroll and not paginated.

yea sorry guys, should of called if non-paginated, just used to calling it free-scroll, but you guys are right, it gets rid of the paginated scrolling in the apps drawer.
Just wanted to say thanks again for all you do, loved all of your mods on the Inc2, any chance for transparency on the ICS builds? Not requesting, just seeing if this has been accomplished with the ROM(s) yet.

I haven't looked into the systemUI.apk much for ICS to be honest as I just today read Fernandor sors grea tutorial for decomoiling and recomiling .apks for ICS which I was having a huge problem with.
So I'll def be experimenting, I think Nil's made one so he may be of assistance to me. He does great work.

This is a Sense 3.0 Carousel Effect zip I found in the Evo 4g Synergy thread...Ive tried it on Royal Panache, I can confirm that it works...not sure if itll work on any other Rom...pretty sure its only works with 2.1 sense roms though...so maybe not Stock Sense...just flash in recovery

No it won't work due to RG is AOSP and the this mod changes the rosie.apk that AOSP doesn't have.
Nothing more to say.

No he just brought the odex files up to dat to work with 1.76 or he removed them all together I haven't downloaded an actual shift theme for a very long time I port my own

I don't know the official market versions but if 3.3.1.1 is what came default with 1.76 then yes, if it is an updated version you downloaded yourself no it won't and could mess the application up.

Wow this is the best rom I've used. I just flagged version 1.3 and its simply fantastic. Runs smoother than slim Rom but still has all the sense goodies. It's fully customizable and I'm running Sebastians oc kernel which makes it run even faster. The beats audio sounds way
better than before and it works with all apps not just that HTC music app.

I updated to 1.0.3, it's working great for a Sense 4 rom. I kept the stock kernel, works just fine for me.
Can I get a link to the 1.3 Rom and some screenies? I'm looking for a good gb Rom that still has sense UI. Pm is fine.

As I mentioned in the other thread, GB development is pretty much dead for this phone. There are a number of GB roms but they aren't being updated anymore. The phone bar at the bottom is from Sense 3.5 on GB, it's going away with the ICS roms as you've seen.

When I installed 1.03 I cnat get the MMS/SMS count to show up on the icon. Is anyone else seeing this?
I am on the ICS firmware and S-on. When installing it rebooted to install the kernal for S-on.

Best bet is to search for this in the Viper thread in the dev section, I do believe it's a known issue though.

Awesome ROM! Props to the Venom team.
The first time I installed that rom, it did really random stuff. I couldn't send/receive mms. I had performed a full wipe, am s-off, etc. So I went back to nil's sense 3.6 rom. I wiped and reflashed viper 1.0.3 and it seems to work smooth. The horizontal app scrolling drives me insane, but other than that, I'm digging what I see.
I am having a problem when receiving texts in vibrate profile that my phone does not vibrate. Also, when I have the ringer on, I cannot change the notification sound. Anyone know why?

It is debloated but volume wake is not built in yet. I tested this mod I found in another forum for volume wake and it works great.

Why did sense 5 do away with the people lockscreen style ??? Can we incorporate that?
Can any of these updates be skipped?

They all have to be flashed together. 1 to 5 in a row. going to put together a full version 2.0 Rom together tomorrow morning and link bypass all updates. Sucks wiping and starting over so made all updates flashable with out wipes.

They changed a lot of things with sense 5. This Rom is just meant to be stock 4.2.2 sense 5 with a full theme. badseed customs is working on their version which will be a lot more customizable. This was put together for those of us who love the badseed theme and want the latest. I'm not part of badseed but got permission to do this Rom to hold us over.
