Ps3 games on your smartphone or tablet!!!!

Idk if anyone has posted this yet... But I'm posting it anyways lol
There's an app called ONLIVE.. that's you could play ps3/ Xbox like games! it's crazy you get the graphics of the console on your smartphone and every game has a trial... In some you will need to buy the wireless remote which is $49.99 on the website and you can play via pc, tablet, any android smartphone!!!
TRY IT!
(If the game lags download RAM MANAGER from the market..(pro) and select hardcore gaming takes away aloooot of the lag

What games have you tested?
dirt 3... Split second...and darksiders... I was going to try batman arkham city but I need the remote
Sent from my PG86100 using xda premium
Thats what that app is. Olympus rom comes w it!
Lucky hT-z 3D
according to the onlive website the controller requires android 4.0 on smartphones (http://support.onlive.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/432) (idk how 4.0 is going on cdma but gsm does not have a stable version) so if you do not have 4.0 don't buy a controller yet
That sucks lol

Nope, apart from lack of support for the neo (Sonys bastard child they would rather forget they made)
The play has a crap camera and no hdmi out.. That makes the neo a better device for games.. Playing NFS on a 42" screen with or without external game pad running on usb otg.. It's pretty cool!

i leaned towards the neo because of the camera and the hdmi out too but on a mobile device the point of gaming on it is game-on-the go, the xperia play got a bad camera and was a bit more expensive here that's why i went for the neo but the hardware gamepad is kind of tempting me now and kind of regretting i missed that

Same here, since for me, nothing beats having physical buttons for gameplay. And that extra 0.3" diagonal screen space would be a bonus; it's been two months and I'm still having difficulty using the portrait qwerty keyboard.
With the recent release of some sweet bluetooth gamepads that clip onto the phone I don't think you need the plays built in control pad anymore.
And the default qwerty keyboard on android does suck.. I've been using SwiftKey for over a year now and I love it! Could never go back to stock keyboard now.. (I mostly use keyboard in portrait Mode)

Like kiwibratwurst says, try an aftermarket keyboard. I'm using HTC_IME mod from xda forums, Swiftkey (paid) is also really good.
via Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo
Xperia Play, no. Xperia pro, sometimes. But I'm mostly happy with my neo.
My only gripe is how the homescreen seems to get closed when running lots of applications, and then takes (what feels like) ages to reinitialise. Could be RAM issue, but there usually seems to be plenty free. Possibly bad RAM management

PlayStation Games...

Hello all you developer guys.... Does the Xperia S supports all types of play station games like ps2, ps3, ps Vita...
If this Supports means how to install it...
If this doesn't support ps2, ps3, ps vita means whether you guys can make it possible
Sent from my MT11i using XDA
Yeah, was wondering if there would be any way to emulate the Play on the x10. It has HDMI and huge CPU power to go with, so the only issue would no hard controls. These could be emulated like Gameboid etc. Playing Wipeout on the train would be epic.
Please do a SEARCH before you post. FYI, when you create a new post, the "similar threads" pre-search would have found them for you already.

You need a really good PC to run PS2 smooth... The phone would blow up before you install the emulator app.

What has this to do with pc emulators?
Sent from my LT26i using XDA
Only the ps1 titles have an emulator built into the Apk. As for the other newer games we have seen true ports already from PSP (loco Roco on ps cert devices in japan) and we have heard that ps2 games are in Sonys master plan to.

Maybe because a PC is much more powerful than your phone?

Maybe because if a PC can't run the ps2/3/vita emulator (if some of theme even exists, like the vita emulator) for the games properly with translated instruction set (x86 compared to MIPS on ps1/2, Cell BE (PPE only) on PS3, etc), a similar architecture phone (arm) won't even come close to run it as fast?

What's the problem with my age? You really hate me, don't you?
That guy asked for PS2/Vita emulators... I said that he need a very good PC so a PS2 game runs smooth... My cousin with a Intel Core i3 (''Quad''-core, 2.6 Ghz) run it almost as on the console. If we tried to run a properly ported game to the Xperia S, it will ''blow'' the phone, because of the weak processor (Dual core 1.5 Ghz).

Why should i hate you? Dafuq?
Its not the power..
Its the architecture..
No need for explanation..
Core i3 doesnt have quad cores. Its dual.

[Q] openion abt xperia tipo

Guys im in the thought of purchasing xperia tipo to my girlfriend
B4 that I need to know something about it can you tell me the negatives in it ....???
Also positives...
Well tipo has Xloud tm experience which allows it to play music at very loud volumes and enhances the quality of the speakers. Tipo scored very high in Antutu so if your gf is in gaming then I'll recommend it. The bandwidth and upload speed is also quite good. Plus it is a budget phone. The build design of Tipo is beautiful and many reviews has given it full stars for it's build quality. Also it is very light and easy to hold. The only negative is its small screen size. But you can solve that by buying miro.
HIT THANKS

What do u think abt Motorola fire xt
Sent from my MT11i using xda app-developers app
Yes it is good too . But the most reviews I have read , it is a fail mobile. Motorola fire xt is thicker than tipo considering the mobile is from Motorola which creates very thin mobiles. In a video review I saw that it takes very long time to boot load. Also there were many problems with the touch screen. The sound quality isnt that great either. The internet is same as tipo considering if you're using the same WiFi. But I think your gf wouldn't so much in hifi technology, so yeah you can buy her this phone taking into account that the screen is 3.5inches.
PS have you tried htc explorer.

Smash Hit - it's a shooting game with obstacles every obstacle is glass tho so breakem. Those two games are only ones I play thus far.
