Hey guys i will share again my tweaks for Xperia mini/xperia minipro too/and live with walkman...
Feature:
-Many space on your RAM try to see in setting
-Easy Installation
-Based on Juwell RAM Script
-Was tested on Xm/XMP/LWW
Installation:
-download file first
-copy to sdcard
-reboot in to CWM mode
-flash the zip
-don't fullwipe
-Reboot system
-Done
-Enjoy

Stock rom (with stock kernel) doesn't have init.d script support...
if you want to run it you must install this first (init.d support for stock rom by puppet13th)

yes you must install init.d inderoctery system/etc/init.d. .with init.d tweaks...

It is just Juwell RAM Script.....i didnt see any changes in his script in this mod....it works perfectly....look original thread (use search)
followed all the steps I did everything right but in LWW WT19I not noticed any difference, the ram is the same, and optimization or noted. With you in wt19i was very different?

You will need init.d script, stock doesn't have it, but custom ROMs do.
You need to install it yourself, check on first page, there is another post about it.

Q. Who would benefit from this?
Those who want to stick to stock kernel for Official ICS (4.1.A.0.562), but would still want to get the benefits of init.d scripts, and native root access!
I personally feel ICS stock kernel is more battery friendly than Night-elf RC2 kernel.

Q. How to install?
Just as you install a custom kernel.
If no wifi, just delete "modules_version" and "modules_reversion" in "/system/lib/modules" and reboot
Steps:
1. Follow this guide to install official ICS + root
(Do not install CWM)
2. If you already have DooMLoRD/nAa CWM, go to /system/bin with any root explorer and delete recovery.tar and chargemon
3. Power down device and get into FASTBOOT MODE -> switch off device hold menu key & plugin usb. (LED notification turns BLUE)
4. check fastboot with "fastboot devices"
5. flash boot image
fastboot flash boot boot.img
6. Reboot with "fastboot reboot"
7. Enjoy!

Most important is CWM recovery.
Don't want to add it manually after flashing rom..
Yeah would be nice to see recovery, cause system recovery doesn't allow to mount sdcard in recovery mode, moreover adb cannot see phone in system recovery.

NO, NO !! His ramdisk has installer for his WiFi modules!
Would have to modify his ramdisk anyway!
Night-elf kernel is good, but it is not from latest ICS sources, I feel battery drain is a little bit more than his GB kernel!!

I didn't know that (I failed reading features..), that's why my wifi doesn't turn on gotta restore stock modules asap.

Yep but that is no big deal. Make a diff patch for the new ramdisk (there shouldn't be much changes, and there is just a few files on the ramdisk...) + remove res/modules folder and launch entry from init.rc.

Why is it that every time i use NE's kernel i end up with no wifi when moving to another one? It's really annoying, ffs
Oh, and your kernel seems really fluid, had no issues on gaming, while i had on nightelf's and inteks'.
Because NE kernel has own wifi modules, which not working with other kernels.

I am having trouble right now with the gamepad, when it is closed the phone is stuck on horizontal, and when it is opened the phone regains auto rotate ability, this is probably a .conf settings issue but i do not know exactly what file to change in the system, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't tell you off the top of my head but i believe there is a handful of languages

You need to add windowmanager smali files to FRAMEWORK.JAR
Android.policy needs to have the same but framework.jar is the main one.. Good luck

Hi all. I'm upgrading my ROM Pestanoid v4. It already has a good job and clean. Now it is in Pestanoid v4 cleaner than all versions. And also made several modifications thanks to our friends developers. With the provision of the best scripts and a small modifications to the framework folder. They made a great difference in this new work. Some people are having problems with the Panel. So I do not have this problem but if you have a problem you can flash a new panel for the correction. You will need to install the walkman button to work properly. Fix Google are optional install if you will only miss some application.

A member of the facebook group'm already and says it worked perfect with CM9 kernel., But I do not recommend because of the low level of 3D.

How to install:
Step 1:
1. Install oficial Sony Jelly Bean rom, which mean by SPC or Flashtool
2. Unloch your bootloader
Step 2 (proced only if you completed step 1):
1. Place zip to sdcard
2. Extract boot.img from zip and flash them using fastboot
3. Reboot to recovery
4. Wipe data factory reset (do not skip this)
5. Wipe system partition (do not skip this)
6. Install zip
7. Reboot
8. Configure your phone
9. Open LBE and enable root
10. Reboot
11. On next boot you will see confirmation warning dialog, grant and chech option "remember"
12. Reboot again
13. On next boot configure permissions for your apk using LBE feature
14. Open settings menu and set ineractive governor using cpu control sub menu
15. Do not use any other governor, interactive must be used only!
16. Set proces limit to 4 after every reboot (Go to settings -> developer options -> background process limit -> set process limit to 4), (on every reboot these settings is restored to default so you need to set them up again)
17. Enjoy
If you installing all next versons, than you no need to wipe anything, simple install zip and boot, it will upgrade you to the new version!

Both these roms are nearly the same except this Rom is based on 0.400 Rom where as the link I gave u the op is working on 1.100 Rom which is a newer release from munenji n the op over there is looking for help

I'm going to share you some of my collection of init.d scripts. These mods can be combined together wiith others without breaking the other function.
It mostly works for L7 and L5, I use these script on my device everyday
1. Zipalign Script
Based on darky zipalign script. Thank him for his work. I just optimized it more and updated the zipalign binary from latest SDK.
Download : In attachment (zipalign.zip)
2. EXT4 File System Tweak
Disables journaling and optimizes I/O on EXT4 filesystem (/cache, /data, /system), Note : you need to format your filesystem to EXT4 for this mod to work.
Download : In attachment (ext4_tweak.zip)
3. System Read/Write at boot
Enable system to be read and write at boot, so you don't need to mount it manually
Download : In attachment (sysrw.zip)
4. System Read/Only at boot
Disable any read and write activity at boot for /system partition. Makes system safer at the cost of customizations
Download : In attachment (sysro.zip)
5. SQLite Vacuum & Reindex
Optimizes your .db files that located /data and /sdcard, this makes databases faster to read and faster to write.
Also, inside it contains an updated sqlite3 binary from latest Android SDK.

Well, let's say that I have some file on sd card (Generic.kl) and I want it to replace the file /system/usr/keylayout/Generic.kl after each cyanogenmod nightly update. I am not sure how to name the file in /system/etc/init.d and how to write it.

Nightly for L5/L7 ?????[emoji15] [emoji15] [emoji15]
after update everything what is under /system will be removed including init.d
Read little on google about addon.d this will help you

No, nightly for L90. I had some version of gapps that had a file in init.d that stayed after each update and was used to remove cyanogenmod bloatware. Ok, i will google rather, thx

Ok, I was wrong, it was in addon.d, I found it. So I edited 50-cm.sh and it should be that.
edit: Well, it does not work. I added a line usr/keylayout/Generic.kl to the file and the file was not preserved after system update. What did I do wrong?
