ive been using android about 3 years from when i turned my HTC Touch Pro into android and ive always wanted to try making a rom, now i think my knowledge is at the point i can manage it.

Can you tell me how did you manage to deodex phonesky.apk... I tried to use the kitchen with xila2, couldn't deodex this file... maps crashed on boot and there was no market...

not `100% sure tbh i just told the kitchen to deodex the rom and it did it lol

it is possible to change the battery icon in the uot kitchen and make it not have the percentage

I can help if anyone wants 1% Battery Meter with the Pulldown Toggles, All you need to do is go to OUT Kitchen and get the meter of choice. Then take the services.jar from No attach and replace if you need i can upload an empty zip so you can flash it with the Framework.apk & SystemUI.apk and Services.jar.
I replaced the Services.jar in the Atrix Ported Rom and now I have 1% Battery Increments.
Would love that...then I just need to figure out the kitchen...

Here is an empty signed zip I uploaded it is one I found here on this site and use for flashing different files. I don't remember were i got it right off hand. If you need further help with the UOT Kitchen just let me know.

The theme u've made is beautiful and I may be speaking too soon but I think it has even fixed my random reboots on ATRIX. Either that or the blue theme I was using was built on a older version of ATRIX. Either way definitely good stuff

The whole theme was done with UOT Kitchen though I'm trying to learn how to modify files I think my first major project though is to try to get the bionic ported over to the DX2, I will probably fail but I'm learning.

Hey what font is that? I remember a while back when i changed system font with UOT it put the same font on my keyboard does it still do that? It didn't look good on my keyboard.

I'm on the Atrix Rom but I can reproduce it for 2.3.4 if you would like. It will be later tonight though.

Hi i was so disappointed to see there was no thread for transparent statusbar for cm7 specifically
so i made this thread
How To:-
download the apk
Upload the apk in sd card
rename apk to SystemUI.apk
Move it to system folder
set the right permissions i.e. rw- r-- r--
and move it to app folder
overwrite the original file
reboot

I'm using an Atrix which doesn't have a stable cm7 build yet and I continue to get bootloops after attempting this method

+1 I agree with you wanam.Altough is pan24 first rom,Alpha is the name of the rom
if you didn't understand(no offence just explaining)
Alpha(Α) in greek language is the first letter of the alphabet
and omega(Ω) like omega rom from ::indie:: is the last letter of the alphabet.

i tried this for a short time. feels good..
one thing i noticed is that it is not pre-rooted.. i was too lazy to flash the superuser zip file, so i didnt try if its working..
other than that, everything seems ok.. battery draw is same as the new CM7 nightly.

download superuser in market, It will work
FCs, when ever I tried to enter in Any of the settings menu.
Launcher, SMS, notes are not syncing. Blah blah and yeah not rooted.
OSjoy is however a nice experience

How to install this ROM :
We are all "Developers" , and already know how to do.
NOTE:
Do Not Fix Permissions, or else you will have problems.
If you want to install dorimanx kernel, first use an application like root browser, and head to: /data/data/com.legendk.simpcontrol/files/
and delete lockscreen_wallpaper.jpg
Now, Install the kernel !!!
IF you have boot loop try to delete lockscreen_wallpaper.jpg again !

This is the samsung cam but whit all modification for quality and audio , i have tested on 1% battery and work whitout alarms and sounds or limitations...this is very better thna normal cam.
This rom came from a warez site with zero user feedback.. I'd think twice before installing it on my phone...

Contact an admin and say that you posted another ppl rom saying it was yours.
Actually i like the idea but OP should have asked for permission before posting and post it in themes and apps or something.
