current widget updated (fixed) - HTC Flyer, EVO View 4G

Has anyone found a widget that will display the current (power) used?
I have used current widget in the past but it does not update on my view.
I tried battery monitor widget and that also only displayed 0mA
Thanks

Instantaneous current usage is not very valuable since the CPU scales up and down quickly all the time and that will greatly influence the value. I would recommend one of the apps that graphs battery usage and tells you what is using how much over a given period. Look in the market place.

I have found current widget very useful for checking power consumption especially at idle.

Try battery monitor widget, it has graphs and a similar widget to current widget.
Sent from my HTC Flyer.

Yes. something show the percents
Battery Monitor Widget Pro !
I use BatteryLife.
I like BattStatt, its really nice!
Its Pro version was recently released for free in market, and is much more customisable.
I'm using Smart Batter Monitor.
It's not a widget, but I'm very fond of Circular Battery Indicator

I've used this for a long time now - like it a lot
I used Vizbattery. ( no connection to the comic lol)
Simple, elegant and not very obtrusive
ive been using the make your clock widget with battery for a while now
i use clarus battery
can i say none?
well not if you are running gingerbread........
I brought juice defender ultimate and i like to think it made a bit of a
difference when running froyo.
Since i began running cyanogenmod i cant see any improvement what so ever-
I believe it may just be the way i personally use my phone;
I am constantly on my phone all day flicking it on and then locking it.
I think it may use alot of power creating a data connection(handshakes with server)
than what it would be if it was just left running in the background.
Bluetooth is never switched on, Gps on all the time,
I get 2 days usage typical/ I see roughly a 8- 10% drop per hour when listening to music on my headphones
If you dont use your phone alot you may see more of a difference.
Only my personal experience
Battery Monitor Widget Pro indeed.
use PowerTime as it tells you aproximately how long your battery will last you. It is also very customizable as a widget and it tells you how long your battery will last you according to your overall battery usage stats.

is it this one? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=724778
I have wanted to use that myself but have not figured out for wildfire. Did the desire files work or did you have to recompile for the wildfire?
Do you also know if you can flash this over an existing theme you're using?
About the battery app. Don't use any widget, every widget consumes battery life. I just use the option in cyanogenmod that has a little color bar and the percentage number next to it... And the circulars posted above make it even cooler.
hey according to me ,,u download "android system" from market...it wil show u batteru...even details of rom n al......
i think the best way is http://uot.dakra.lt/kitchen/
it just makes battery with percents in status bar... without any widgets
earlier, without root the phone i used Fbreader it can show also battery with percents... any other ways just decrease battery charge

1% battery increment on atrix

Hi,
How can I get 1% increment for battery without rooting. I am still new to the android world, I am still in reading stage, so please suggest me some steps to do it.

Thanks for the response, but I am looking some thing which will display on my status bar.
There's an app in the market that will do that. It may be called Battery Circle (instead of Circle Battery), but I can't recall off the top of my head. Just do a search in the market and you should find it.
Battery Monitor by SIMMO Publications
It's free, no root required, and works great. Also can graph your battery usage.

Complete system stats widget?

Thought somebody here with more experience might have some ideas.
Is there a single widget, free or paid, that lets me display the following?
- battery voltage (not percentage, but actual voltage)
- battery temperature
- CPU temperature
- CPU frequency
- memory free
I know there are separate widgets for these things, but they're all formatted differently and look clumsy when lined up on my homescreen. I'd rather have the above stats listed in one place.

I like Battery Monitor Widget. Great charts and other info inside the app, a bunch of widgets that are configurable (including having %/hour in the widget), and as a bonus (for me) it supports multiple batteries.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...ch_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNjYzcxLmJtdyJd
If it works for you, buy the Pro version (no extra features that I'm aware of, but supports the developer).

More specifically, are you asking if you can see the % drain per hour in the Widget graph, or in the graph within the app?
It doesn't matter, the answer is 'yes' to both.
Within the app, just touch the graph and it will toggle between 3-4 items, %/hr is one of them.
For the widget, place one of the graph widgets on your desktop, e.g., the 4x1 widget. Then go into the app, go to Settings -> Widget Content-> Graphic Data and choose %/hr.

[Q]What's a good alternative app for this?

Does anybody know of an app that is similar to CPUUsage & Process List Viewer? This one is ideal except for the instability Basically, it gives you a real-time detailed list of running processes, including foreground tasks with system task names...not just APK's!
I'm assuming an app like this is my best bet for monitoring MEMORY & CPU USAGE in order to see what is wasting away my battery life. I really like how this one shows you both CPU and RAM usage!
So, basically I'm searching for an app that...
•displays real-time details of CPU usage (SEE PICS BELOW)
•shows live details of RAM usage (SEE PICS BELOW)
•has a "sort by" option for the displayed list
•preferably has a widget, not crucial
•does not NEED to have a task killing option
•does not NEED to be free...I'll spend a few bucks if it does the job
***Please keep in mind that I'm not just simply looking for a task killer, but maybe more like a task monitor.***
THANK YOU!!:good::good:
