My brother is getting a Motorola Atrix but in the UK. The ones in the UK have no 4G, will the ROMs in the development section still work for the Atrix?

Radio isn't important cos roms don't change that. It's the motherboards that matter. Like the evo 3d cdma and gsm can't share roms because they have different motherboards

HTC One M7 or Nexus 4... Or S4 i9505!
Lg optimus G, as it packs a s4 pro just as the Nexus 4! But it has 32gb of storage, which is a lot more compared to the nexus 4. Lg optimus g also supports LTE.
