Do you even own a i9100? Voice talk will do a bunch of this stuff.

I will receive it in a few days.

Yeah, that's the same thing you posted about earlier. And have you tried voice talk yet? Again, it's built right into the phone, and it does most of the stuff you want it to do. Someone even posted a video about it above.

Media Player Bluetooth issue

Is there a way to make it so when I am using my bluetooth headphones with the remote when I skip a song or hit play or stop the screen on my device does not come on and media player does not pop up? This is especial annoying as I listen to music almost constantly. Thank you for any help I have googled this issue and found no solution.
You should do a little more research!
This was answered very recently in another thread.
Where
I have searched if it was answered in another thread I can not find it. Please provide a link. It is arrogant to point out another persons ignorance and not show them how to fix it. Not to mention rude.
Also if you are referring to the two posts saying to use Mortplayer that is not an option as I use SPB Mobile shell.

So you took the time to point that out without pointing the person in the right direction.
I hope next time you need help and can't find your answer someone tells you to GTFO and find it yourself.
Are you sure?

So I ask again prove your work. It is easy to say you found it in another thread and claim superiority however you have shown nothing to indicate you are correct. I have looked and can not find a real solution only threads saying use something else. So...If you realy found it I as you to pleas share the answer if not do not put on airs.
Try this thread for the fix.

I still want to use windows media player I just do not want it to turn on screen or bring it to the front when I use the remote. This completely removes media player control.

I am interested in this fix as well. I am using a SENSE build -- The Standard builds seem to have these controls working correctly with the touch flo music interface...but I am not willing to go back to the regular touch flo when the Sense touch flo build has so much more to offer!

[Q] Android Notifications sent to Touchpad?

Not sure if this has been asked yet, searching didn't give me any results anyway - but apologies if its been asked.
HP Touchpad + HP Pre3 connect and the tablet can be used to read text messages etc along with a few other features
So, I was wondering if anyone has fiddled with trying to get Android to connect to WebOS for SMS/Missed call alerts?
closest thing I can think of right now would be using Phone Portal to connect your Motorola device. It uses WiFi and the browser.
Wish there was a way to do that.
Have you tried DeskSMS? It sends your SMS's to your Gmail.
Might be any good?

Nice one! I think that could be a viable option until someone figures out how to either make an app for android/webos to do it, or something more advanced.
I was just about to post this, theoretically it shouldn't be impossible to achieve although I'm far from an expert in the area (read: not an expert at all). I'd happily donate to any developers which could create a patch for it, as I'm sure would many other touchpad owners.

I was reading somewhere else about this, Someones looking to transfer by bluetooth, as any other option currently would no be viable apparently

Yep, I'm expecting a bluetooth app for it.
Must admit i'm annoyed with how restricted the feature is - i mean the car, tv, and pc can all get text alerts from the phone. (Actually that's a lie, the car stopped getting text messages when i went to android)
So i'm sure its doable, its just a matter of getting a dev interested in doing it - unfortunately I wouldn't know where to start.

[Q] Where is voice talk?

Hello,
I just purchased a Galaxy S II, model SHW-M250S. However, I do not think it came with the voice talk software. Does anyone know why that would be? Any way to add it to the phone (other than vlingo from the app store) I have been trying to figure it out online for a little bit now so I am posing the question to those with a lot more knowledge about phones than myself. Thank you.
You mean a voice command application? Vlingo is the closest you can get right now.
Yes voice commands. I thought the GS2 came with a "voice talk" application preloaded. In videos I have seen users just click applications and it is right but my phone lacks this.
There are three, voice talk, voice command, and voice search. Not sure what are the difference among them as they all seem to do more or less the same thing.
Sent from my phone via tap tap tap
Hmm, well I have the voice search but it just searches google. It won't open apps or let me dictate messages or anything.
You are right, I got them confused, voice search does google, but the other two more or less do the same thing. They should all be in your app drawer.
I don't think they are I wonder how it got left off the phone? Kinda disappointing. Too expensive of a phone to be missing stuff imo.
I have been searching high and low for an APK that has those, but I have not come up with anything so far... lost it when I flashed a complete WIPE custom rom... I'll be ever so thankful if anybody uploads or directs me to said APK...

[Q] LG G Watch : Poor voice search

The voice search is such a downer! it hardly works right with any of the calendar related stuff. Even one of the built in suggestions "Agenda for today" does not work when you speak it. Anyone else seeing this? My phone is a nexus 5 running latest kit kat.
In fairness it looks like google now even on my phone does not do any of this well!

Themes / Apps / Mods [CLOSED]Audio switcher

Looking for an app that allows me to easily switch from Bluetooth to phone speaker for videos and such. Lg had a feature built in on the notification panel that allowed me to quickly switch between connected BT devices and phone speaker for audio. I haven't found anything like that on this phone. I have to completely turn off my bluetooth if I want to show a video to somebody really quick. Very frustrating
Please delete thread. After much searching I found it.
Can you share the app details?
Sounds like an interesting use case.
Thanks

Dude. If you find a solution to a problem you've asked about post it instead of just saying you fixed it. That way you might aid others that experience the same issue

Dude, not a single person replied inquiring before I asked to have it deleted . All you have to do is go to the "now playing" tab on the notification panel, and select the speaker you want the audio to come out of.
