Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster. I recently bought my first tablet, the transformer prime, and was wondering if anyone else had this problem. With your transformer prime with the ICS update, do you have instant dictation? It doesn't seem to work for me, or was that a galaxy nexus only feature?
BTW, my transformer seems to be perfect, no light bleed, wifi strength is great(router is in the basement I am 3 floors above it), and gps...well there no need for me to use that right?

You should work on your English skills or offer it in multiple languages.
Choose what you want: Transformer 16GB, Transformer 32GB, Transformer Prime 32GB, or Transformer Prime 64GB. Find a store that carries it, online or locally, buy it. There are separate docks for the Transformer and Transformer Prime and you will need the correct dock; the GB's don't matter to the dock.

The Prime is nice but GPS doesn't work while moving fast. If you like a sturdy metal body then get the TF201. If you want GPS, don't care about metal body and want the higher display then wait and get the TF700 (or whatever it is).

Don't by ASUS. Get Samsung GT 10.1 and you will be happy. or better yet get Apple Ipad2 and you will be amazed. ASUS TP has too many issues.

I was amazed by the recent demonstrations for S-voice/SIRI. I wanted to know if there was a way to port that to the transformer prime or if not any similar things that could be recommended. Google Voice Recognition isn't accurate at all.
Asus makes usb wifi sticks can't they make one for our prime tablets to fix wifi issues. it's just a suggestion. Also can Asus confirm jellybean to the t201 users that have bought this tablet as being worlds first tegra 3 device.

It would be possible but then you have the same issue people had with the GPS dongle. They would think it's ugly. Also it probably wouldn't be very cheap.
As for jelly bean I have no idea.

If you have a Prime with bad WiFi, either exchange it at the store you bought it from or RMA it with Asus. Asus has been pretty good about exchanging Prime's that experience bad WiFi.
There is no point to making a "work-around" product to deal with an issue that only a certain segment of Prime users are experiencing. It is better to just get a Prime that works as it should.

I noticed some huge problems with music software on Asus Transformer Prime. I'we tested some other devices(Toshiba Folio 100, Samsung Tab 7.7, Archos 101 and Prestigio MultiPad PMP5080) and them all are ok. Prime is the only one whith such problems. Multitouch testers proves me that the problem is not with touch screen. If someone can test it in the same way, or ask asus support about this problem it would be great.
P.S. Tested on honeycomb, ics and jb. Results are the same.

I've been talking with Asus about their replacement digitizers...and so far anyone with an Asus tablet is SoL if their digitizer breaks. You can chance it with Ebay and buy one, but almost all of them for the Transformer series are inverted due to some skag programming and building.
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone out there could modify the driver to be used, most of the problems seem to lay with the Transformer Prime.
Or if anyone could direct me on how to do some of this I'd give it a go.
