Anyone with this issue should. I can have more conversations without the "I can't hear you & what's wrong your phone" lol
This has been noted here too; it's easier to just cover the hole with your finger when necessary because the noise cancellation DOES in fact aid certain environments.
So far, it is much better especially in the moderate dB of the outside, but in a loud cafeteria, it was no good for me. Overall, I like it, I'll keep it as my important calls are taken in quiet places anyways.
Has anyone else come up with a fix for this. Does it go away if you install a custom rom?

Or maybe an app or program that would just internally disconnect the 2nd mic from the process. (software wise)

Unfortunatly there isn't yet a coustum rom out for the titan but we are already collecting a bounty for it. Feel free to check the Titan general section for more info.
My family keep having a go at me for spending a lot of money on a brand new phone and saying i sound muffled. It is such a shame I have to resort to putting tape inside my phone.
Call quality on TitanII
Any comments on how the call quality is for the Titan II? I know that the original suffered from the muffled sound and I was wondering if the new one has the same issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Call quality on my Titan II is excellent.

has anyone tried in-ear headset with the tytn?
i'm looking for omehting like this, and i prefer it would have an adapter for any 3.5 non-BT devices (like my creative zen )
i'd appreciate any help
Well, my OMIZ BT set works quite well for that.
could u supply a link plz? i googled and ebayed it...nothing
You cant have looked very well, one search brought it up!

I use the S9 from Motorola. Somewhat expensive but the sound quality is amazing. Just make sure you put on the correct size ear buds (comes with 3 sizes) to get a good fit.

Seems like this one comes very highly recommended:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=299082
or
http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp...1&template=pp4_1_1&zone=pp&lm=pp4_1&pid=10394
Seems like there is a 40sec pausing issue with 8525's (not the headset) that has been addressed with a patch from some of the smart folks on this website.
hmm, I don't know of any BT stereo in ear set with a detachable 3.5 jack other than the OMIZ.
This one, Motorola S9, have control buttons, call buttons, and that stuff, like the HT820 one?
The Sony Ericsson HBH-DS970 works marvellously for me

Just noticed that the Galaxy S is one phone that found a hack for a front facing camera. Of course it's a different device and everything, but I was wondering if there have been any tech-savvy members here to have looked into the possibility of a front facing camera for the HD2.

The HD2 doesn't have a front facing camera. How can software change that?
what are those two little circle lenses at the top of the phone... on the left of the ear / listening grid?
proximity sensor and light sensor
ah ok awesome!

hardware hacks Means modding equipment physically NOT via software.
With the huge screen and as thin as the HD2 is, I doubt you could find room for a front cam. From a software perspective, it wouldn't be a huge leap. But hardware-wise, it's like trying to jump the grand canyon on a ten speed

P.s. My 2 cents on the whole matter, I think HC was rushed in order to launch with crappy drivers etc. Fingers crossed for ICS!
Cheers!
Well, I see stereo speakers.
Looks like they had to break the bottom inside to open the tablet. Look there on the botton.

There are four black holders each held in by a single screw. I don't know how you would open it without breaking it.

>There are four black holders each held in by a single screw. I don't know how you would open it without breaking it.
Looks like the two (not four) slider clips are designed to break off the mushroom heads upon opening, which would be for anti-tempering. Assuming they aren't screwed down tight, I suppose you can slip in a small pick to push the clips to the right to disengage.
Anyway, you don't actually need them. The text says the bottom is held together by adhesive. The plastic clips on the top & sides are sturdy enough to hold the halves, as long as the bottom doesn't move around.
Would be nice to see a complete disassembly to see how it's assembled. Although the problem with complete teardowns is that it's usually a one-way street.
Gak, just noticed the dual speakers were CLEARLY mentioned already. Yeesh.
Because I'm a geek and love to keep documentation of my devices, I have created a PDF file of this article with all the pictures as well.

Does anyone else have a dimple/dent that goes from the bottom of the rear camera to the AT&T logo? Its like a line dent.
Thanks
Nope
Nope... Let me guess you didn't do anything that will cause it?

Thats the way it came.. I guess I could take it back to AT&T and have them pull out another one to compare and return it if the other one is not dented..
A guy at best buy said it had something to do with teh 0 space deign or something.. I think he was full of it..
I have a random dent/dimple on my HTC One on the right side of the back; I never dropped the phone or anything. It's my work phone so I'm not going to go jumping through hoops for a replacement because I have a case on it but if it was my personal device I'd be exchanging it in a heart beat.
I have strange, antenna like structures coming out of my One's earphone jack, and they seem to be watching me, spooky.

I had three of them around the camera. Looked like zits. I took it right back in to best buy and exchanged it. The new one doesn't have it. So if you got it I'd recommend an exchange.

I went to AT&T on the 15 th day thinking I had plenty of time. Guess I should've read the receipt. I was thinking I still had 30 days to return it,, Oh well. It's not that noticeable, but I know it's there, so it bothers me a little..

6P complete teardown. http://www.witrigs.com/blog/huawei-nexus-6p-teardown/
That is awesome, was this a difficult process? Just curious as I hate the idea of a non removable battery and would like to hope I could tear it down and replace it myself if needed.
:Funny thing...
This is what 75 percent of owners have said has happened to their phone, after a 3 inch drop onto a goose-down pillow
This phone looks good even when torn down!

Was thinking the same thing
You've got bigger cajones than me. This sort of stuff is far too fiddly for my liking
If it ain´t broke, don´t fix it Take good care and use a protective case and your phone will be good for at least 2 years ( until you get to choose a new device from your mobile provider ).
I have to say the battery is fiercely glued in. If you want to see how to change the battery, you can come to Witrigs.com/blog to see the process. Hope it does help.

Is there any information regarding the headphone jack audio amplifier chip?
The most intimidating thing about taking this apart is the glass over the camera area. Sure, I might get it out but not breaking it in the process is going to be tough much less getting it back without the glue looking like crap.
