I am looking for the original LG P500 v2.3 stock backup.Tried the search function but I cannot find it. Can anyone please direct me to where I can find these? And yes I deleted my own backup
While not exactly a backup, here you will find a stock 2.3.3 rom as a flashable zip.

Flashed with the CM7 Android 2.3 and of course they've removed the two things I loved this phone for the most; the LG Keyboard and the SMS Widget... Could someone PLEASE tell me how to get them back?? Thanks!
Here is a flashable zip with the 2 apps you wanted, flash it from recovery.
Unfortunately the widget doesn't work, and the LG Keyboard keeps force closing
Can anyone please find me a stock SMS Widget from LG P500. I flashed CM7 and it doesnt have it! Please i really need it and i don't like solutions from market....
Greetings all,
Decided to update my gf LG P509 (tmobile).
I rooted it yesterday (gingerbreak)
I downloaded and installed Rom Manager and wanted to install clockwork mod recovery from Marketplace. It gives me several choices to choose from for phone. LG Optimus One and LG Optimus One (old BB). Not sure which one to choose (dont wanna screw it up)
I have not yet decided on which ROM to choose. (rom nightlyFourE or cyanogen 7.2.0 nightly) any suggestions?
Do I still need to install Gapps.zip after initial rom install or is it included in the roms?
current ( android 2.2.2- kernel 2.6.32.9 - build frg83g - )
Thanks!
I'm not sure but I read somewhere that you should the Old BB Option for the O1.
Cyanogenmod is highly recommended.
You still have to install Gapps after flashing the custom rom since Google asked Cyanogenmod to remove Gapps from their roms.

If I'm not wrong, old BB is 5.0.2.0 and new BB is 5.0.2.7, whic is very buggy, so choose old BB
Hi i just Bought that Nice Phone With the V10a (Android 2.3.4) Software on it
And now i Need some Help.
I Really Like the Speed of the Stock rom and the Look, but i want to Learn something and now i ask for Help to Build a Custom Kernel or just Modify the Stock kernel.
I Never done that before and also dont have any Experience with Programming etc
So just 3 Questions.
1:Is it Possible to use the CM7 Kernel on the Stock Rom
2:Is it Possible to Mod the Stock Kernel Only to Achieve Higher Cpu Clock's?
3:If yes How can i Extract the Kernel from the Stock Rom,and what i have to Change?
Sorry for my Bad English
I think you should start with the first steps:
