I am having a issue with my speakers on my A70. Every time I have any kind of audio playing and I touch the screen I get an audio spike mixed with static. It only happens for the short duration of when I am actually touching the screen but it is annoying when you are listening to music while doing anything else and the sound keeps getting extremely loud and then back to normal over and over again. Anybody else have this problem.
Well I think I just solved my own problem. If someone else does have this issue then just disable the option of having an audible sound when you make a screen selection. I just disabled that and am not having any issues now. I am loving the tablet so far and this was the only thing that was bothering me so far but not any more.
Hi guys, I have searched for this issue specific to the Prime, not found anything.
So...........If I have my prime docked and use the mute button on the keyboard I am then unable to unmute the tablet if it is undocked.
If I mute it undocked (lowering the volume until it goes to mute) I can unmute it with no problems. It is only if I mute it while docked and then undock it that the issue arises.
Just wondering if there is a setting I need to change to alleviate this.
Thanks in advance
Martin
Today I upgrade my Prime to the new .28 and the fault is still present.
If I mute using the keyboard and then undock I am unable to unmute the sounds.
I shall raise an issue with Asus regarding this.
It would be nice if anyone else had this issue.
Thanks,
Martin
If anyone else has this issue the fix was to cold boot.
Hello all,
My Nook tablet running cm10.1.3 suddenly developed a case of "No sound" coming from speakers. When i plug the headphone in, there is sound.
The speaker setting is not on mute either. I wonder if a program set to mute has disable all.
Any solutions to this? Hoping speaker is not kaput.

I tried adding a volume app to control audio to hopefully override a possible app is causing this but problem still exists.
what else can I try? maybe its time to steo up to a Nook HD or HD+ for the youngster. Think it bothers me more than him. lol
Hi i randomly get a very low in call volume both with the ringing tone and then the person's voice once connected. It seems to be completely random. I try calling again and the same thing happens until some time later. Anyone else experience this?
Anyone?
There is a thread somewhere here on in-call volume flucuations. You are not alone. I don't experience that yet with my G3 though.
Some have suggested it might related to the upper microphone ?
Thanks. I'll try searching again.
Hi, I was watching Hulu today & when the sound hits certain notes almost like its a fake bass the phone vibrates. It is super annoying I turned down the vibration on all to zero. So does anyone know if it is in fact a sound setting. Then any possible solution? Has anyone else had this problem? I've only had the phone 4 days, S6 Edge Thanks.
