Hopefully Sony keeps up with Razor's future Windows 8 gaming tablet http://ces.cnet.com/8301-33374_1-57...-power-of-portable-windows-8/?tag=epicStories
I hope Sony do the below:

I wonder if Playsation Move controllers can be synced with the tablet at least for the buttons incl trigers at the back, (not the motion interface if too time consuming for them yet but technically could be possible too as we have a front facing camera already) - I hope Sony adds them soon as they are more portable controllers than the regular PS3 controller and their attachment to the tablet itself could be also easily designed at some point.
Also I wish our tablet could do remote play with PS3 as PSP or PS Vita do. Would be so cool if Sony could make it work.
This two things would help Sony Tablet S competing with razor's new Windows 8 gaming tablet:

Although you're suggestions are certainly a good idea, I don't think we'll see them come to fruition. Razer are a dedicated gaming company. They build devices and accessories for hardcore gamers. Sony, with the Tablet S line, are looking for a completely different target market.
The Tablet S is meant to a jack-of-all-trades device and although the PS Certified and the DualShock compatibility certainly improve its gaming credentials, its still (at its core) a normal Tablet and is far better geared for casual use and, critically for Sony itself, content consumption.
The Fiona has an Ivy Bridge Intel i7 which is likely to be at least quad-core, with the possibility of a discrete NVIDIA/ATI GPU, which is a far cry from the Tablet S's Tegra 2 SoC.
I'd love to see what you mention, certainly, but I don't think we should be holding our breath or anything...

Ok this is just a shot in the dark, but i was watching discoverychannel the other day and it was a program about Sniper rifles, you might think what the *beep* has that got to do with windows mobile.
Just hear me out.
The CheyTac Intervention Sniper System is a rifle combined with a tactical ballistic computer that calculates stuff like bullet drop, wind speed, humidity, temperatures and stuff like that.
I noticed that the computer was a windows mobile device, and that means the program for calculating that sort of info is a windows mobile app.
I've searched around, but without luck.
Its pretty useless without the rifle (especially and in a country were owning a gun is not very easy) but that doesn't matter, i like these sorts of rather useless apps, for example, i'm the type of guy that comes up with new words you can make with a calculator while holding it upside down
Its probably to rare to be available for download, bit who knows someone knows were to find it...
pic of the gun and tactical ballistic computer:

*cough* modern warfare 2 *cough*
lol jk.
It's very interesting that this program was made for a Windows Mobile system (from a video it looks like Pocket PC 2003 maybe??).
Even so, I highly doubt this is available to the public.
It is probably a very expensive program too, considering that is is used by the U.S. Military, created specifically for one weapon system.
I would play around with this app if I got my hands on it too
Can't find the one your looking for but there is quite a lot of ballistic software available for Winmo devices, just do a search in google. You will get what you pay for though .
You can try to get a copy of the SW:

Yes it is WM 2003:
"The software package operates on variety of consumer, hardened and mil-spec R-PDAs running the Windows Mobile 2003 operating system, using input from the Kestrel handheld weather station and Vector IV laser rangefinder binoculars."

Hey guys, im thinking of getting a LG Optimus One(p500), is it worth the money? (170 euros over here), does it slow down, is the camera good, etc? or should i get something else?
It's generally decent for the price, there's plenty of roms in the development section for it, the camera is USELESS in the dark though. everything else works perfectly though.
However, there's a few issue you have to take note of.Even though it's froyo aka Android 2.2, because of the hardware, it does not support Adobe Flash Player. And there is a bug in this phone and that is when you touch the screen when playing games or doing anything else, the frames will drop and the phone will lag. It's a touch screen bug I believe.Just hope that Android 2.3 will take care of this problem.Take note of all those things.
Its a great device for the price I bought it in Germany for 242€ on Amazon.
It does have some software issues.
On the Hardware side the device is pretty good.
The Screen is a LCD screen compared to the OLED of the i5700 it doesnt have any pixel problems.
The camera is more then enough for making pictures except in the dark I think even an LED Light wouldn't make so much differences. And who is making pictures late at night? Outside even and LED light wouldnt make a difference.
On new year I will try to make some pictures with it. ^_^
The device does have enough RAM and besides the software-issues its a great device.
I'm sure LG will fix this for their most successful android smartphone.
And we will get Gingerbread...
My first post in here... well...
im using this phone since 2nd December ... i bought it at 205euros [device only, unbranded etc etc...] with car charger + windshield stand.
I previously had an iPhone 3G and sold it because i got bored with that... so actually that's my 1st android device.
For the ammount of money i've spent ... the accesories i got along + a bluetooth stereo that i use for music, i have to say that it's the best phone i've seen!
I've been searching the market after selling my iphone for a new one with android [2.2froyo from the box!] with a price around 200euros and that's the only one i found!
This phone is a bargain and for me the only disadvantage is the Screen lag when being touched [software problem, may be fixed on gingerbread] and the fact that it doesnt have v7 processor so it doesnt support flash [no big deal but... :/]
As stated above , i'm planning to get either one of them for my xperia however i don't know which one am i suppose to get . I know there's another thread about which headphones would u recommend but i narrowed down to this two . Hope you guys could help .
To help you to help me pick . Here is what i might want .
- Mobility
- Good bass
- Style ( Must look good though ).
More info of the accessories ,its on the official site respectively .

the nokia look like they don't surround your ear but instead rest on your hear.. also, they look like they would have less bass than the sony ones but you'll need to compare driver diameters to find out for sure.
the nokia's are wireless (bluetooth) and the sony's aren't. so there's a big difference there. something equivalent to the nokia though is the Sony DR-BT50 as it's also wireless and has your AVRCP buttons and call features. i have the dr-bt50's and they're awesome.

Hmmmm , nice headphones there . I'll take a look into them . Hmmm does it offer wires as well ? The nokia offers them . However the sound of that of BT-50 might win that of nokia's . Will try soon
After seeing all the Positive Asus Transformer Prime posters,
I've decided to jump on the Positive Transformer Prime bandwagon.
I'd like to ask everyone's help by providing Asus with some notice from users of this forum that the Prime is great.
1) Wifi performance is optimal and better than any other device, even when 1000 feet from the router and going through several lead walls, each which is 1 foot thick.
2) Random lockups are a feature we all look forward to.
3) BT/WiFi Fallout is non-existant and a made up problem
4) SERIAL NUMBER NOT FOUND, ATP users don't need no stinking serial numbers.
5) WIFI and GPS Antenna connections which utilize Pogo-Pin's are perfect. If they somehow become flaky in the future, we users will
(a)pinch the bezel in the right places, (b) keep exchanging the product at our retailer until we get a TF201 that works, (c) wait months for the RMA process to fix/replace the device, or (d) upgrade to the latest Asus tablet.
6) Backlight bleeding has been proven useful when using the prime in dark rooms.
7) Ice Cream Sandwich update freezes and reboots is a small price to pay for having a quad-core tablet.
8) Autoejecting/auto-erasing MicroSD Card Slot - great feature
9) Dead pixels - I'm positive that this is done by design and turning off pixels saves power and extends the battery.
10) There is no need to remove GPS from the specification or provide a fix. GPS works inside my house, in fact I use the TF201 to navigate to the bathroom where I use it on the toilet.
Please join me in my petition to stop any plans Asus may have to begin supporting the TF201. There is no need to respond to those complainers.
Asus, please continue to invest resources in newer and more powerful tablets which generate lots of money for Asus.
Thank You
Wow... About the 6,000,000th post of the same stuff!

This is a great app. Very beautifully done. The gallery screenshots in this app are very high quality. One of the best looking apps out there. It shows alot of promise. This is like a new version on tegrazone. Nvision is Nvidia and tegra3 focused but shows other great things also.
A good quote on Gaming on prime and Tegra3 on BladeSlinger:
" Gamers playing on Tegra 3 devices can expect even more graphical bang for their buck. “For Tegra 3 we employ dynamic shaders using Allegorithmic textures that generate shaders in real time. When you fight certain enemies, there’s dynamic damage applied via shaders that you can see. It’s one of the things that we can do with Android and Tegra 3 and not iOS. As you get closer to killing enemies, you see damage on their body—they become a bit bloodier, their clothes are a little more ragged.” The big, bad, scary monsters aren’t the only thing that will push a gamer’s graphical expectations. Expect the environments to be ripe with increased particle effects and physics featuring collidable animations—iOS will feature only ambient animations."
looks pretty good, but the news don't seem as recent as i had hoped. thanks for the heads up
