Hi,
Zdunes patcher doesn't work for me, manually I've just got transparent statusbar, but I want to do centered clock. I tried Taine0 tutorial, but it didn't work. Is there any other manual option to make clock centered?
Dude... search the forum under Themes and Apps.. its there.

Hello everybody!!!

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=687826
Hope this Helps!
Use a program called better cut to install them
Thanks i'll try it!!
EDIT: i tried bettercut but it only change icons on the homescreen.
I want to change them in the menu where all apps are listed.
Afaik u cant change your icons manual. U need to install a Theme for ADWlauncher or something. Some themes rewrites your icons with Metamorph, but be careful: u need to reflash your device if u use Metamorph Icons.
Best way i found is this, it changes them in all location...
Since we'll most likely won't get KitKat on our device, I decided to edit the statusbar on the stock, deodexed, ICS rom that I use as a daily driver. A transparent statusbar, custom battery icons, a KitKat wallpaper and Nova launcher would be good enough for me.
So I followed this guide and succeeded in making the statusbar 100% transparent. Problem is that it also remaines transparent when the statusbar is pulled down and in certain apps. For example in Gmail the bar turns white so the icons in the statusbar can't be seen. In Maps it remains transparent so you'll see your icons twice and a bit overlapping.
When using apktool, does anyone know which lines need to be edited in what app to only make the statusbar transparent in home- and lockscreen?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the tip, already tried achieving it with Xposed and Xblast but it doesn't seem to work. Most likely because I'm still in ICS. I know I know I should upgrade etc but I just like ICS better
Will dive into the SystemUI, Rosie and framework-res apk's a bit more to see if I can find how the statusbar background is set and with what actions.
Please do something like that .... I would love to try that on my DX
I'm using CM10.1.3,tablet UI.
I've searched with the keyword 'tablet UI transparent',
but found even no result that the android nav/nofication bar can be transparent...
no screenshot,no guide...
I've tried to follow some mod guide for normal phone/phablet UI,to make nav/status bar transparent,
but they seem not work under tablet UI...
If there's a possibility to let the bar of tabletUI be transparent?
If it's possible,and how to?
Hope to get a answer.
Thanks~
I have installed a ROM by Niaboc79 called the eXistenZ 1.3.5 ultra for the xperia s. Than i downloaded opensemc app and forced a navigation bar to show up which worked perfectly. Then i flash a zip file which makes the status bar and the navigation bar transparent which i need the most but after flashing that everything worked well but i have a small problem, everytime i go to task switcher i get no small apps bar all i get is the open apps in the recent apps column but no small apps bar. I got XPERIA S LT26i locked bootloader. Help me please!!!! this happens to other roms too.
Or can you atleast tell me how to make only the nav bar and status bar transparent on any systemui.apk?

I'm sorry to say that there is no fix for this in my opinion but the reason why it didn't work for me is because I wanted a systemui.apk which gave me transparent status bar and nav bar. To fix this I just kept the original systemui included in ROM and got gravity box which allowed me to change transparency levels of the status and nav bar and again sorry if I couldn't help

Its Okay..
I don't have transparent status bar and nav bar because i used kitkat (its already tranparent)... i used some xposed module too..
Thnks bro..
Try Xposed
instead of flashing a whole zip. try xposed framework to transparent ur statusbar. or u could make it even better then transparent with tinted status bar.
and the best part.. if something doesnt work u could just revert back to stock with a couple taps
Hi Guys
I'm using DROIDWIN 5.0 ROM. Its working fine but it had only 75% transparent in status bar. So I themed the SystemUI and android.policy.jar for getting the transparent status bar in Home Screen and Lock Screen. I link the guide thread for theming
SystemUI - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2203166
android.policy.jar - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2384892
after theming i get the Transparent status bar for both the places. There was no problem after theming app.
My problem is I used the 3rd party Locker app called CM Locker for replacement of default lock screen. if i use that locker he Status Bar not Transparent and it shows the Home Screen Status Bar. If I'm using default lock screen its fully transparent and no problem for working. The problem was arise only on 3rd party locker app.
I attached a image for default lock screen and CM Locker app
Kindly give the solution to solve my problem
