First, sorry devs for opening new thread, but, still i don't have 10 posts.
So I've got SE Xperia Neo V with Unlocked BL.
First it was on stock .42, the I updated it on .64. Then I downgraded to ,42 and rooted, then unlock BL with TestPoint method.
I fladhed it with Miui kernel and rom, but i didn't liked it, so I flash it with NightElf kernel v8 and install NEO SE.TWEAKED | V0.8.5 rom.
Everything worked fine, except, gps status and camera and no SU. Although, i ran Doomlords v4, and SU worked.
Camera had inverted red picture and showing 8 and 6 MP settings.
So, somewhere in same thread, I found NeoV 8.5 rom.
DO the basic procedure again (wiping and flashing with Inteks15).
Problem was same... Red camera, and no GPS status. And no SU.
Now, i'm trying v7.... I need that camera...
After installing v.07, I stil have red and inverted main camera (second is OK), SU works.

you need to flash the camera patch, the one you flash is for NEO not neo v.

I can also confirm, that DooMKerneL for Neo is working on my Neo V, stable at 2GHz
I also tried NEO SE.TWEAKED V7, and CyanogenMod7 for Neo, both are 100% working except for the camera. I got camera partialy working on CM7 with MIUI fix (front camera is working in 100%, rear camera only takes upside-down pictures, but it can't record videos) . Here I'e posted, how to flash CM7 on Neo V -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=20311081&postcount=185
You can add this info to the first post, so other people could enjoy other ROMs than MIUI

Wicia I contacted to FXP and seems that have not problems to modify this version for our device.
The build.pro is original of SEandroid repo? because in that case, on instalation proccess there was a problem that should be fixed.
I have fixed this error, and now all it,s ok. It,s recommended to change MT15 for MT11.
Also, camera files included in the patch have been replaced for works fine.

I am using Neo V and recently installed KA20.1 ICS ROM
there are some bug's:
1.Camera is not working it is not capturing the photo's.
2.I have also installed some other apps for camera like Camera360..etc but they are also not working.
3.The kernel i am using is Night-Elf Overclock Kernel Full RC5.
4.There is also some problem in speed i.e it is very laggy and take process to long time like i am installing my vcard of 500 contacts it takes 20 min to install.
5.There is no any overclock frequency settings to increase it.
6.No option to disable light sensor.
if there is any patch or something plz reply..........
Many ported Roms do not support every feature a stock rom does
u could flash another rom or wait until a new release of bugfix for your rom
keep on checking the developers thread for your rom and you will be finished as soon as it is possible
for neo V you have to install camera patch to makeit work.
or maybe you choose neo not neo V from installer.
which custom ICS Rom will be better for Neo V which is fully functional and which has no bugs..........?????

You are asking a locked bootloader rom none of them has such problems.
Only stability may be an issue.

No you cant.
Miui aroma is for unlocked bootloader. the locked bootloader version is old and in russian by default.
it has no miui and i dont trust it because it is from unknown source.

My neo L succesfully install Rom jellysandwich 7.4 with locked bootloader, so i use stock kernel 4.1.b.0.587. But my camera and wifi not working, detail:
Camera app (of jellysandwich 7.4) when i start it will force close, if i install another camera app such as Camera zoom Fx, so the camera work.
Wifi is not working, i try to flash stock kernel again but nothing change. I try to Install zip file here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=32743845&postcount=8 and nothing change, my wifi still not working.
And some one more: it hard to install CWM when i'm in jellysandwich 7.4, I must use Recovery X and select Xperia Play to install CWM for Neo L use Jellysandwich rom. And in menu Advanced in CWM don't have Fix Permisson. What happen???
