[VOTE] Which Is the Best Rom for Neo V ? - Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, Pro

hello guys. tell me your opinion . Which rom is the best for our neo v? I don't know what to use
Waiting for answers.
Cheers*

MIUI 1.12.16 the best out of all the custom roms ive used , the later versions still have a few bugs but this one is clean and great looking . the customisability is pretty good with a lot of features . and i feel it is better than cm7 which is also based on gingerbread 2.3.7

All roms are good because there is a lot of effort on every individual roms.
You don't have to search best rom you may fall in to conclusion.
day by day every Rom is keeps on improving. Mods are doing every bit of best. We are not suppose to say this is the best or that.
People have no rights to comment ugly because they cannot create one
choose a Rom which suits you best it depends on how you use how it attracts you..
:thumbup:I thanks all mods who are creating us a Roms which we have not asked for it.. So far I just say they all or best keep it up...

[Q] What is the best Custom rom for ICS now?

Hey guys, need some opinions on the best*Smooth Lag free Custom rom for unlocked bootloader ICS
Depends on the user I guess, for me best ones are AOKP and miui 2.5.4.Downside of aokp is video camera,fm,hdmi not working while in miui tad little slower than aokp(but very useable) and everything works, not sure about hdmi tho
As ThilinaC said, it's up to you.
Some people prefer CM9(FXP), some others AOKP and others Stock!
I prefer AOKP because it's really smooth and it has a lot of customizations!
well for me the most smooth, lag free and bug free is I-Scream 10 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1570499
its awesomeeeeee
but it's up to you
Hahas! Alrights Keep commenting guys, share ur views ;]
for me, KA18 Ice Cream Sony release by krabappel2548, very nice and bug free
so far the stable & fully customisable ROM found for Neo/V is AOKP_build01_by_emannxperia, but bluetooth & videorecording not working.
Build 2 gets bluetooth working but some lags.....
Atleast for sometime gonna stick onto 1st build.....
Original thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1614562
For me MIUI 2.5.11...fast and fully functional!!!

vote android 4 lite

Which android 4 rom is lite and fast?
JJ's HYBRID ROM v3.2 ?
Xperia Ice Cream Pureness?
KA21.1 Ice Cream Sony?
MIUIv4?
Stock?
CM9?
SOS ROM v1.3?
AOSP ICS Polish Blood Project (MT11i)?
AOKP=OTHER
I want your opinion
You can write and why did vote that
e.g I vote ...... because it is (lite, fast and more)
Thanks
AOKP is good 4.0 ROM.
Xperia pureness because it's fast, beautiful and I have more ram on it
S(w)ypnięte z Neo V za pomocą Tapatalk 2
Ka21.1 - lite and super smooth.
Sent from my MT11i using Tapatalk 2
Stock is actually quite good if you know how to tweak it. No multitouch issues whatsoever. Check my sig for the tweaking guide.
Pureness is so smooth and beauty....but need a fix to be more nice.
thanks for everybody who writes his opinions
Thanks
I would definitely go with the Polish Blood.
Sent from my Sony Xperia Neo using xda app-developers app
I have tried KA, AOKP, AOSP Polish Blood, Pureness, Miui and for me the fastest is Polish Blood. I am not using it mostly because of the wifi tethering which I do use very often.

Maybe that would be a good idea.
It happened same as with best rom/kernel thread. People vote for their preferences and at the end you have pretty much equal results. You asked for lite and fast, and you got all rom's equally good
JJ's Hybrid Rom!

Thanks for the feedback Unfortunately Xperia Z firmware is not out yet ..so I will look to include Xperia T jellybean apps and the ROM will begin with the support for neov and then it might support all 2011 xperia
1.keyboard
2.music player
3.lock screen
4.fonts.... Must be good
Rom must be fluid like butter
All the best..
dolby mobile :fingers-crossed:
Abhi I ain't gonna ask for feature request!
But I just want you to be careful as you can't take all suggestions into a Rom!
It just can't happen!
Tweaks would conflict with each other
That would ruin it!
First I suggest, focus on Functionality rather than tweaking, looks etc!
As currently Neo L especially doesn't have even one stock based Rom fully functional!
Just my 2 cents

Hi Abhiheart, I am using 'Ice Cream Pureness' and found it the best available for Neo V (locked bootloader), but Neo V still lags the camera quality expected from Sony, so I would like to see some improvement for that in your ROM, if possible, also if it's based on JB it would be better.

All the best for the ROM and a little suggestion, please make it fast including all..
functionality is the main thing , just ensure that its smooth in terms of multi tasking .. most ppl look for that .. and also a new UI .. if possible
A ROM with the following will make everyone happy and comfortable...
- Better battery life
- Good perfomance (Memory Management should be taken care)
- Multitasking
- Luk nd feel - Rich UI
- JB Tabbed status bar
- SONY base apps
- Bloatwares removed
All the best
Battery life

Hello guys,
Just a simple question, any other IDEA how to make this general section more dirty? I'm curious :-|
and just in case I call this a forum not a chat room!
so all I can say is thnx for making harder to find something useful in general section for me!
with all due respects seriously love you guys!
No offence though
PS: and there is already a Q&A section here
PSS: to admin, moderator or anyone here with some power it would be really great to make a discussion thread in Sony sections. thnx.
Root it -> Unlock Bootloader -> Flash Sliding XP v7.3 Kernel -> Flash Experience V2 (ROM)...

Install Slinding XP kernel 7.3, you'll get a much smoother phone and install ACID Audio Engine v7, for awesome sound.
i have been using my xperia p for 3 months with stock rom.just got on with rom cook.never better.
You should just wait patiently and not do anything until JellyBean rollout.
which ntituses
i am waiting too
I am Also new to Xperia P but Old to Xperia . I am waiting for JB.. JB will be great on this device (I think. ) In xperia P forum every thing seems to be paused.
Which unofficial rom do you suggest for xperia P. This stock ICS really sucks. I came from htc with cyanogenmod7 and must confess that even that was better than stock ICS. I was waiting for official JB but comparing stock ICS and CM9 (experience only from htc) I do not believe that stock JB will satisfy me.

Why don't you install a cm9 or cm10 theme from playstore? If you don't care about smoothness, battery life etc, I think a custom theme or a custom launcher, like apex, is the one that suites you more.
I know that i can install launchers but i want that my settings app look like that one in cm9 i was installed firedroid on my xp but camera doesnt work on it and now developer dont have any xperias to test this rom so we can say that this project is probably dead. Otherwise i really liked that rom. If camera will be working on it it will be best rom ever on xperia p lb. Anyway thanks for answer
