I bought my ATP from Gamestop and it came with a game controller however it is only compatible with a very limited number of games. Is there a 3rd party app that can make the controller compatible with more games or make it usable on the FPSe playstation emulator for android?

I have recently rooted my thunderbolt and now I am looking for a console controller that I can use to play ps1 games. I think I could use the ps3 controller with sixaxis if I did the cm7 mod, but I was looking for something less complicated that will allow me to maintain my current interface. Any leads????

I've been looking around and have found tons of different nes , snes etc game emulators.
What l'm trying to figure out is which emulator has what set of functions . Which is better and which works with what game controller.
And most importantly which works well with the transformer pad, that is when you take into consideration the android version and the quad core Tegra 3 cpu / gpu.
What l'm looking for is anyone with personal experience with xx emulator and what it does and doesn't work with. (Sixaxis ?)

Snes9x EX is pretty good. And free (not on market, google it).
I originally used SuperGNES (from market) but recently I found that Snes9x allows keyboard input along with various controller inputs
SuperGNES is pretty good too but its a paid app
Best psx , nes and nes64 emulator? One that can use external controllers and can take advantage of quad core? found a few but mixed reviews.
also any one tried that bt controller app?? ( turns your phone into a game controller of sorts...)
FPse for PlayStation 1 games. It's the best on there is. PSX4Droid has less features than FPse.

so here's the point... i'm using a ps3 controller with my galaxy tab 2 to play emulator games..
now i've about this moga controller and i got to know that many games are natively compatible with moga..
so i wish to know if we can somehow emulate moga controller. so that i can use my ps3 controller to play games natively..

Do I need root to configure controller settings in a game, specifically games with no controller support? I've known that the SixAxis app in play store needs root. If no, then how?
For example, I'd like to play Real Racing 3, DH5 or Aralon with DualShock 3. Please correct me if the games I've stated has controller support. TIA.
