I don't know, want exactly append, but i tried to access to market, it froze, reboot and since then, is in a boot loop. I can get in cwm, so i tried to wipe cache (worked), wipe delvik cache (froze & reboot), wipe data / factory reset (froze). I also tried to reflash the room (worked), and the gapps (froze & reboot). Any idea what to do?
Thanks

I've had trouble wiping data and cache from CWM something has always gone wrong bootloops or whatever and have to flash to stock via odin. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I normally boot to recovery wipe data then cache and flash never seems to work.
After installing I've been stuck at the MIUI_US united World wide splash screen for the past 20minutes.
Sounds like a bootloop. Did you wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, fix permissions and (if you flashed another kernel) flash the kernel cleaning script first?
If not, do all that stuff. I flashed MIUI yesterday without issues.
if you can load into CWR goto Mounts Menu Format Data, Datadata, System, Cache, the goto advanced Wipe Dalvik. Now install Miui. and Fix permissions then reboot.
if not revert to stock via odin/heim and follow the steps above after flashing CWR.
Hello, I just rooted, and then tried to flash the latest nightly onto my P500H from Koodo.
Now whenever I boot, it's just stuck in the spinning arrow. At first it resets the boot but after 1 or 2 tries the arrow will just get stuck.
I can get into clockworkmod recovery, but there is error message saying: Bad boot message "recovery".
Now, first time I did this I didn't wipe cache partition, but then I did wipe it but same thing happens.
Any ideas?
Did you wipe Data?

When you change ROM or kernel, you have to wipe, at least, cache and dalvik cache.
Since I wipe data most of the times, I don't know if Gingerbread 2.3.7 can handle data from 2.3.3, so I would recommend you to try first wiping the 2 caches I mentioned then, if unsuccessful, wipe data.
BTW, this 'bad boot' message on recovery is the same to everyone. I'm no technician on the subject, but you can simply ignore it.
No I only wiped cache partition.
should I also do wipe data/factory reset?

First you try wiping only cache and dalvik cache. Then, if you're still stuck, you try wiping data.

I just wiped all of it and now it boots thanks a lot all.
this is what I do when I flash roms and never have problems, wipe dalivk cache, format cache, wipe data and system in that order...works for me maybe it will work for you
So I installed Nokia Z Launcher and everything worked fine, but when I rebooted my Note 2, I got stuck in a boot loop.
I read elsewhere that someone stopped this by going into recovery mode and clearing data. I don't see an option for this in CWM Reovery except "wipe data/factory reset.
Would wipe cache partition or wipe dalvik cache solve this boot loop or would this just make things worse?
I was trying to keep from reflashing if possible.

cache/dalvik probably won't fix your issue, most likely will have to hard reset, or odin
I had finally had to do a factory reset. I am glad I back up every night with Titanium Backup. The only thing that hasn't restored properly is Gmail. I no longer get emailed pushed or get notifications. I have to manually check for mail. Other than that, everything is good.
So I'm trying to clean flash a ROM and I want to wipe Cache, Dalvik, System and Data, but TWRP reboots every time and doesn't finish the wipe. And nothing gets wiped.
I tried only a cache + dalvik, but nada. Instant reboot to my home screen.
Tried TWRP 3.0.2.1 and 3.1.0.0 both, same issue.
Ideas?
Solved it. Went back to the May update via fastboot & rerooted + TWRP (latest). Done and dusted.

Same problem here. Any solution aside from flashing factory image?
