OK Jo first of all app development is very difficult and u would need to program Java files and then go through many processes of converting (into apk) so pls don't post such stuff here as u would need advanced programming skills..... If Facebook wanted to create a app and it was so easy that a bunch of kids could do it then y is it a organisation!!!!!

i have my free tutorial website so i want to make a android app for mobile users but unfortunately i have no idea how to call video files from SD card i mean how can i link tutorial to play from SD card i have made one android app using one of the free web2apk site , please find attached apk .

2. This is highly device dependent. Read /proc/partitions for a start.
3. There are lots of guides in this forum and on the Internet. Use the search function and Google. A lot. Read. Read more. Google more. Expect to invest tens of hours for reading before you can even think about starting development.

What is rom cook? Custom rom? Which rom? You have to go to that roms xda page, or telegram cook, and you have to talk with the developer... But I think it's a user problem. If you want help, but you don't give the important info's...... It means you are not an experienced user.
The roms developer wouldn't take you serious without things I enumerate here. Where is a log file about the problem? You gave us nothing, and want everything. It's not that how things work. Nobody can help you this way!!!

Every rom i use like Aosp,RR,Crdroid,Pixys OS,nitrogen OS ....
All of them have this problem (Photoshop touch stopped when I open it)
