Ugh so I keep having this annnnoying problem ! It started happening when i used my hotspot
I'm on inbREDed ROM and I am flashed to cricket but can anybody give me a hint to what I should do?? HATE that this message keeps coming up whenever I try to get to the web or anything else ...in other words its like I don't have 3G

Well I guess nobody wants to tell you the obvious… so I will take a stab at it.
Stop tethering. Because they obviously know you are doing it.
The answer is in your picture. “call 800-cricket”
By the way, you will not be able to get away with tethering on cricket, because apparently they are monitoring the data packets you transfer over their network and looking for UTP headers.
Try PDA net or wireless tether. Can't guarantee they will work but give it a shot. Also here's a link that might help

From what I've read its some kind of scam. With all the android news sites I check, I'd figure that there would be quite a bit of buzz going around an app like this..but there isnt. Not going to risk installing it on my phone. If you're looking to get into this sort of thing, try running a backtrack5 live usb on your laptop. Its always good to learn a new skill, plus with a little practice you should be able to get into most wifi networks in about 15 mins.
I dont like how I have to download plugins to view the video of it working. I should have no missing plugins on this comp. Besides if I have BT5 on my phone and I cant use Aircrack why would this be able to hack networks w/o root even?

That's because you don't need the plugin. Guaranteed its some bull**** drm media plugin that will wreck all kinds of hell on your pc. There's alot of money in getting people to install those things, and this "wonder app" is good bait.

Yes, I've used the forum search and found a couple people posting about this error but nobody has posted a follow up.

Perhaps its a problem with my router and if so does anybody have a hint? I don't really need wifi calling but I hate not having anything work.

You said you read around and saw some problems, but you never said if you saw the new sim card issue and if you're using the new one. You have to use it. If you are, you could be getting the 911 address error, but that one tells you to go to my.tmobile.com to fix it. So using the new sim card is the next troubleshooting step...

i have the same problem...would love to know a fix...if it even exists.
i've talked to t-mobile customer service for hours trying to resolve and still no resolution.
i get the 911 address missing error, but it's on my profile and t-mobile reps even confirmed that it's in their system.
every once in awhile, wifi calling icon will turn blue and show that i'm able to make wifi calls...but then after a couple seconds, it'll go right back to the error message.
This may have no impact at all, buy have you reflashed the kernel? I reflashed the kernel and it resolved a WiFi issue. You can try it. I hope it works!
Okay, it toook me all night mostly because I am a big ass noob but I flashed quicksence and the kernal again and it resolved the issue. The reason it took so long was because I tried to start from scratch and go all the way back to stock. Big mistake. HTCDev is down and will not issue a new unlock key. Not a bad thing unless you already ran the relocker which I did. luckily I found my old unlock code and was able to unlock the bootloader again and here I am. I think I may have had a bad flash before but now its golden. Xboarder and Binary rock.

Just call them and ask to add wifi calling feature to your line.

Can you all go to bannerweb.wpi.edu and see if it loads. I am running cleanrom ICS and no matter what browser I use I get a "network error occured" error. Please let me know if you can get on, and what Rom and if your running GB or ICS. Thanks guys

Same issue exists on 3g, 4g, home WiFi, and school WiFi. I think its an ICS thing, I have no idea what would cause that though even if I request desktop site same thing.

Gotta be something up with their SSL or one of the pages the the browser bounces to. I stole the HTML and it works just fine on the phone.

Yea that's what I'm guessing since I can't pull it up on my Kindle Fire running ICS either. I think it works on GalNex though so IDK.

Today i went to sprint to have my HTC evo3d looked at, long story short there was a new app call RETAIL DIAGNOSTICS. i still have it i could pull the apk if its helpful to anyone cooking roms or anything juest let me know and ill get it to you ive posted a couple screen shots post link later if a lot of people want it thanks....

So looks pretty much what the company uses to make sure the phone is working properly.
The Retail Diagnostics is used in Sprint's Slate test. It is used to test the primary functions of the phone and make sure PRL and profile are up to date. Fortunately it is pretty harmless at this time. There would be no point in it checking for root because Sprint M&P does not care whether you are rooted or not.

You call this an apk. Well I don't know what it is but its not an apk like I'm used too. I opened the zip looking for the apk to install it on my phone and never found it. I tried to install by flashing thru recovery and that never worked. I guess I'm a real noob but how do you install it?
Been having an issue DLing the Electrify SBF from UsCellular blogsite. I tried IE, Firefox, & Chrome. All keep giving me short DLs. Most I received was like 312 of the 522 mb. Really making me want to bang my head against the wall! Anyone know of another place to get it maybe?!?!
If anyone has the sbf they could send me maybe I would greatly appreciate it. I have tried using all browsers I have at my disposal and continue to only get maybe 50ish% or so on each. Very strange, usually dl no problem... Maybe corrupt?!?!
I am trying to upload it, but it's a little big for my internet provider speed, I don't know if it will pass through.

peetr, you r the man! I have been having issues with it since yesterday... I have literally tried every browser I know of, and none have gotten me past 50% Mind boggling! And to make matters worse, it seems now have a HHD error on my PC, and if I dont back it up soon... its doomed. Maybe I will add secondary hdd, copy all files to it and make it my new... I know off topic, Sorry.
I think I figured out my problem with the DL. It seems that when the dl is coming through, I get the windows found an error with you're hdd. Please back up now before the hdd fails and you loose all information. I guess I need to go use mom dukes PC to work this issue out. Thanks peetr for trying to help me out. Your good guy to have on my team!

I actually got it earlier, appreciate the looking out though. Just waiting on PC backup to finish so I can DL the radio sbf and life will be good again thanks to the guys working on the custom sbf!
