I see there are themed apps for ths ics.. Is there some reason these themed Google apps won't work for the other ics builds, mainly aokp ics?

You could check out Zelendels Gotham Themed AOKP or CM10 or my Spiderman Themed AOKP or CM10. Zelendel changed the way it looks drastically and looks great. I followed suit with just changing the colors of it a bit. Then if you ONLY wanted the MMS.apk you can pull it from the theme and install it on cm10.

Transparent mms. Really dependent on your wallpaper, but I liked it until just going full inverted.
handcent is the only sms/mms app that i've ever used because it's so nice looking and easy to customize. i've also heard great things about GOsms, but have never used it.

I've been using the Sense 4.0 style for a while now. I had to flash it a few times for it to work though. I'm using it on task's aokp JB ROM.

beans rom is aosp themed blue/black...but no there is no specific ics theme available for touchwiz yet. also cm10 has a plethira of themes, but your back to changing roms.

Handcent just released a new update and added two new themes, one a Samsung TW theme and the other a stock Android ICS theme. I dunno about you but it kinda quelled my need to go AOSP.

Im looking for inverted apps for stock jelly bean like contacts, dialer, messages,gmail and others, that are pretty much white colored. im not sure if its possible couse its stock rom?
