Need the second hand (about theming) - Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, Pro

Right now am waiting till @taaviu will fix screen issue for NeoV and I will install MIUI rom, but it doesn't seem to be easy for him, so I have to use something and it's stock rom, I like it more than CM7, better dialer and sms app
Back to the main point, I do not have much free time, but I wanna make MIUI theme. Not sure if it would be miui based on gingerbread (like my MIUI for CM7) or ics (miuiv4), but I know it will take a while, so I think that with your help we could make this theme faster.
I look for people that have some knowledge (I do not want to explain I wanna discuss about ideas) and they already made few themes, I wanna take care of framework and systemui, someone else could help with dialer, contacts, sms and maybe help with frame.
It would be open source and there would be one condition: I will share files to work with (files that has been cut off from SE generic frame)
I know there is not many stock rom users, but it's worth to try

Like to help,tell me what needs to be done.Good Miui theme is something very much needed for the stock rom.I don't have much experience with modding android yet,but I did lot of graphics and script modding for Sony Ericsson W810,W595.So grasping the concepts and starting won't be that hard

The problem is I got bored of pure MIUI, I wanna make some miui THEME TO USE TRANSPARENT STATUSBAR THAT WOULD FIT TO MY CURRENT MIUI LAUNCHER, sorry for the capslock it was on (too lazy to rewrite it )
Anyway I wanna make MIUI theme, but am still looking for some inspiration.

Universal sms popup (All roms)
Here's a modified apk (Megagram smspopup) works for a good sms notification. Great thing about it is the application calls for no images so no worry's of compatibility with mdpi/hdmi etc etc. (You can easily mod the font color/background color to w/e)

Does the network in the status bar is automatically set or you need to change on its own Orange / T-mobile?
In my opinion data would look better if it will be "10 luty 2012" - sorry

@Leftman-X yup it loads your carrier, it isn't just string text, about the data it's custom translation of the rom, I mean I did not pick it this way

I can not put any links, because as you see I have not enough posts [Member since 2009] Colour good, maybe something with a little texture? in the network are such interesting wallpapers, maybe puts something in the priv...

About the background how about something like this ?
tbh I do not know how original miui looks,so after seeing some sshots in devart and here I made it.Hope it matches.
