Dear bro,
My razr originaly AsiaRetail (bought in Indonesia), then I flash (with Fla****) to EU version 651.73.30.Retail.en.EU. Now if I go to Setting > About phone > System update, it said "Your system is up to date. You dont need to update bla bla bla..."
Are there 651.167.20-2.3.6 on EU version? I see the OTA Update in dev section. So, I should get that update, right? Or something wrong with my razr?
Yes, I can update to 651.167.20-2.3.6 by downloading the OTA Update in dev section & instal it via Motorola Recovery, but I just want to update my razr in "normal" way. I dont want to search in forum for every available update
Thanks in advance

651.167.20 is just a leak not official moto update. Yes 651.73.30 is the latest official moto ota. So there is no way to get 2.3.6 from your setting.

Here's the About phone screen shot of those leaked ics listed in chronological orders. We can see that webtop is out of beta.
See post 2 for some more details.
I've been playing with this for a while & it's quite stable. Hopefully the official one will be delivered in time.
A little warning thought: this 4.0.4 kernel is highly secure, currently the only way to gain root is via previous backup.
So, be sure to backup root before taking upgrade.
Update : Root Method 1: temporary downgrading to 403 kernel.
Update : Root Method 2 : New method to root [ROOT][ICS] Root RAZR ICS 4.0.4
Update : ICS leaks may keep you off from the official upgrade path. You'll be stucked on it until somebody leaked the "sbf" or the BL unlock.
Update : Once OTA release, patch the boot.img manually, fastboot the base system.img then apply ota. (For people who already lose root)

This can't be flashed over the tmo-leak and you cannot switch between the leaks. once you install one of them, you are bound to the system.
The base rom for the patch should be this one: http://sbf.droid-developers.org/umt...USASPDRRTGB_HWp2b_Service1FF_fastboot.xml.zip

I just tried to update my XT910 to EU ICS but didn't success and got an error.
First, I reflashed Retail EU rom that Spryte posted above.
Second, I rooted it and kept su via RootKeeper.
Finally, I update EU ICS via Motorola recovery but I got an error and stopped.
Luckly, my phone went back to normal 2.3.6 Retail.EU.
Note: I used the mmcblk18 file from ChineseICS leak. I was trying to trick Motorola BL. I am not sure because of that mmcblk18 file.
Have anyone tried it yet?

Hello Sir,
I am on the same Chinaretail rom that you mentioned.
Also, I am in China right now.
I had the pop up notification for this update for several weeks now.
but when I try to update, it says ...
"E:failed to verify whole-file signature"
"E:signature verification failed"
I am not sure what is the problem, i tried ... did the hard reset and everything.
I also tried the update that you and bliss have uploaded on different links.
I really need this update, as my phone has problems with a lot of applications, mainly games.
Please help me fix this, will be much appreciated.
Thank you very much in advance.

Your Razr region must match the update file region. Did you buy your phone in China or it's an import. version?
