It's sad how they have a full list of products coming out, and not a single one of the accessories I want. That is despite the fact I emailed directly Seidio's product development team for AT&T Note the list & descriptions of several products in high demand, myself and others are looking for. Every single one got ignored, sigh

They will each have a compatible holster but it is not the same one due to the difference in thickness of the surface and active cases.

Yep. At least one picture is up. I've been checking almost every other day. I really want one of their case. I'm not satisfied with the current case I have and probably won't be until I get a Seidio case.
I don't think the Active will be too thick for pockets. It's only 2.2 mm which would put the phone about 11 mm thick (I think the note is around 9mm thick). Having the kickstand with that case seems perfect to me.

I agree. The picture of the black case on the white phone did not look that great. I am sure people pick a white phone for a reason...not to put a black case on it...

I e-mailed them suggesting and asking if there there will be a white active combo. The confirmation response e-mailed said i should have some answers in 1 to 2 days. If they don't make a white one I guess I'll be forced to buy one of those gay flip cases...although i hate them, at least they come in white.

so they said they might not that they would? im really bummer by this as i wanted the surface one because the active just adds more bulk then i want.
The Active with Kickstand shows that it is available in White..but not the active without kickstand.....and as of this morning they do have a couple of pics of the active and active combo showing...they weren't there yesterday...so hopefully it'll be available very soon....I hate not having good protection on such a great phone.
That sucks, I was hoping they'd make an active combo in white. I don't understand why when a phone is released in white these companies don't get on board and make a white case. I didn't buy a white note to put a black case on it.

They said the active is available now and that while there are no plans for a surface right now, they would send my request to product development.
I will wait to see feedback on the active combo. If it were a surface combo I would have ordered it already.

Just received mine after ordering on ebay. I paid for the faster shipping and received it in only 4 days.
I've attached some pictures. Since I don't have the phone yet (obviously) i've been putting the case in my pocket and have been simulating using it (sad i know)

Just wanted you to know is not really a case. It is another back which replaces the stock back and a flap that covers the screen. The edges of the GNote are still completely exposed.
Just wanted you to know what the flip case is.
Apparently the flip case will only last about a month due to some defects. People are complaining that it is falling apart. Good for free but don't spend you hard earned cash on it.

If it doesn't, you can just add some padded tape to the inside. that way, if the phone is thinner, it will fit snugly.

Has anyone found a case that's durable like the one Seidio sells? Seidio won't have one out until later and I need something durable and something with a good grip, with the phone being so big and I have small hands, I'm afraid it'll slip. I bought the Zenus leather case for the time being.
UPDATE: I asked one of the eBay seller about the Zenus capsule and said it's more on the slippery side but is made with hard material.

Update for everyone. I have been using this case since the 17th and I love it. It fits perfectly with the AT&T version, even before I put the screen protector on it.
I have a black one and it fits really snug.
Anyone has a good belt clip style holster or leather case that fits the note with a slim TPU case on? I can't find one that will fit.

That is it. Some concern in what the magnet would do to the screen of the gnote, but I think as long as you have the screen inward, it is fine.

I've had one of these Pdair cases on order from Amazon for weeks now. Says it shipped on Feb 2. Still not here. Beware of a *really* long arrival time. That should work for all Notes due to the fact it goes over the back cover versus replacing the back cover. We've been waiting for this to release. Looks like it finally did!

I ordered one just now. It's worth the $10 even if the hardcase doesn't fit, as the clip should fit with a decent gel case.

I have one on order but would be coming from the Speck Candyshell I picked up when I got the Note. I'm a little concerned about the size of the Reiko after being relatively comfortable with the Speck. But I have two small boys to guard against as well as my own occasional clumsiness.

Can someone who has this case post a pic of the case and the phone separate on a side view? I'd like to see how thick it makes the phone.
Is it just me, or is it weird that this phone is truly a flagship (carried on multiple carriers, amazing specs) and the manufacturers like Seidio, Mugen Power, and the like haven't released ANY accessories? I mean, this is even basically the flagship phone from Google directly...
We've now unlocked the bootloader, which means that ROMs will quickly be available, but this phone is just too thin and slick to NOT have a case of any kind.
The first thing to keep in mind is that although the specs are virtually identical to the N4, the phones external design is completely different. So, one wouldnt fit the other and as such, that point is moot.
Now, i havent done alot of searching, but im also fairly sure that the N4 doesnt have an over abundance of accessories available as of yet, and again, im fairly sure that its probably sold more units than the OG. I checked sites like Seidio.com and they have nothing available for it that i was able to find. The thing is, even phones that dont sell like crazy have alot of accessory options, but they dont usually appear until about a month after the phone is released. It gives accessory manufacturers time to design and make them.
I purchased a One X on launch day about 6 months ago, and i was able to find a case...at AT&T, and a screen protector. However, when i looked on line, i couldnt find many options for it the first few weeks, and now, they are every where. So, i would say be patient, give it time, and you will find that accessories will start appearing from every where. I know Otterbox has a commuter in the works and im guessing many others will too. I for one am hoping Seidio does because i have always loved their cases.

Yes, the N4 is more curvy, even the screen has curved edges. The LGOG is very....square or rather, rectangle and boxy.

I would have gone with an N4 if it had LTE & a microSD slot.
dont the sprint version and att version have slightly different dimensions anyway? When i went and picked mine up the other day the only OG case they had at best buy didnt fit my phone at all. I wonder if it was specific to the sprint version and didnt say so on the packaging
The build quality on this phone isn't cheap like Samsung. I will never hide this phone using a case

In theory I completely agree with you... In practice however, this phone is just too slippery. I've already almost dropped it more times than I can count. It needs protection.

Yep the glass back is crazy slippery. Want to put some matte screen protector on the back to give some grip. Don't like putting cases and making phones bulky.

This is a fantastic idea. I've been trying to find a thin case because of the back this entire time and never thought about putting a screen protector on there. Have you done this yet? I'm wondering which one I could get that could fit the size of this phone.

I made one by cutting down a generic tablet screen protector, then cut out for speaker and camera.

Best Buy has the Invisible Shield HD from Zagg, and it fits the AT&T variant perfectly. My understanding is that the Zagg site doesn't even list the HD, which is better quality/clarity than the standard protector the site does list.
Well, we may be waiting a bit for cases. I got this from Seidio after asking about cases and such:

I put the full body Zagg on today and I must say that it gives you the grip you're looking for without taking away any of the aesthetics

I've used Zagg and Skinomi in the past, and IIRC, The Invisible Shield from Zagg would be a bit better.
Will report if/when I get it installed.

I'm a sucker for new tech and the video of Tech21's "non newtonian" D3O substance was like tech porn. I was wondering if anyone has any insights on Tech21? especially for the Gnote3 since that is the case I'll be buying it for once they actually start selling it. I'm not 100% sure if the GN3 model is being sold yet so I'd settle for any review of their products.
Other than the relatively high price the only other complaint I've seen of their cases was the hard buttons. The GN3 case looks like the buttons are cut out (tho it's hard to tell with their low res pics). Any other complaints? Praise?

Agreed best case in terms of protection and size, i have one for my s4 and love it. I noticed they have it listed on their site but i cant seem to find it for purchase.

Their case is fine, but their customer service is very bad. I bought one for their iPhone 5 Case, it has scratch right after I opened the box. I call their customer service to try to exchange it, they refuse to do so.
My local t-mobile store in Folsom, CA has tech21 cases for the gnote3. I would imagine other tmo stores have them too.

I bought the impact snap at tmobile when I got the phone. Nice quality, but my caseitis had kicked in and I've already bought two more cases with a third on the way.

Good to know. Poor CS might explain why I haven't received a response from them on an email I sent 3 days ago about GN3 case's avilability.

Awesome. I'm an ATT customer, I would have never checked a T-Mobile store.

Tmobile is non exist any where I am in Nebraska. I want the clear one in my life so bad. I can't find a retailer or even find the case in two's page.
Yea T-Mobile is now big on Tech 21 cases, they have a few color choices at every store I've been in. I actually bought one on the first day with the phone and only returned it because I had ordered 3 others online for half its price in total. Still it was cool when the manager of the store demonstrated this impact case by throwing the Note 3 half way across the store to demonstrate why it costs 40 dollars.
I picked one up when I bought my Note 3 until I found a proper case. I used one like this on my Amaze, and after 2 years it was almost flawless. It definitely protects well and I'm even totally confident to leave it laying around the kids. Its like a tank. I will be replacing it with the Neo Hybrid (if it ever arrives) because I want something that will show off the sharp sides of the Note 3. If these guys made something like that they would be my number one for protection.

My choice was pretty limited when I bought N3 two weeks ago, but it turns out this is so far the best I chose.
I am not that big on "remove twice, install twice" in Incipio.
I am not interested the one with "window".
I just want Body Glove Diamond type which I used with Note 2.

That's the other thing I'm not too thrilled about. The buttons need some force to engage, sometimes more than one try.

I just bought one, and I'm not too happy with the case. You can see some of the bezel on either side of the case (not a perfect fit) :thumbdown:

tech 21 stuff is like.... a really good product, with ****e marketing and design imo haha. sad
